"Upon arrival to the house we discovered that the bed in the spare room was not what was shown in the online photos of the house. The bed frame was broken and we had to find some wood in the garage to prop up the frame and the mattress was not comfortable. The toilet paper holder in the hall bathroom was broken off the wall and laying on the floor.
