"The host was super nice and accomodated our needs/request for an extension cord and help to print something. The beds were super comfortable and clean. I was especially grateful for the hot water since many places don't have that. The location is close to restaurants and stores. "

"We were passing through on a motorcycle trip. The hotel was just as described. Nothing too fancy and no interaction with anyone while checking in or out. There was a cool looking bar area but it was closed for a private party. Not many dinner choices around the area however we took a beautiful stroll along the water to the marina where we had a drink and dinner. "

"Amazing antiques & flowers all around mansion & carriage house. They are still working on completing the renovations which was good for us because we got to go thru all the rooms & see all the furnishings. When we arrived Expedia hadn't notified staff (Dave & Pete) that we were coming but we had made reservations within an hour-ish before. So, our room hadn't been cleaned. "From time to time I find myself traveling back to Keokuk to see friends. After staying at Ginny’s place I know I will never stay anywhere else. Very clean, spacious, super nice kitchen area, comfy bed. Plus she left us vouchers for breakfast in the coffee shop below. We loved the fact that an old building had been renovated and saved. And our loft unit was designed with that in mind. See you again Ginny!"
