"We were upset the pool was out of order and it didn’t say that at time of booking"

"Spacious Room, Wonderful Staff, but Too Many Issues We found the room spacious and quiet and had a comfortable bed. The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. Unfortunately, the motel was dark, outdated, and didn’t feel as clean as it looked. Our key card repeatedly failed, and we were finally told to lift the handle up to open it. The TV didn’t work properly, and maintenance never came to fix it as we were told they would. We had to change the TV input every time...

"They wouldn’t refund the money when we unfortunately clicked on the wrong date while we then stayed with them on the correct date. We will not ever stay there again. That is dishonest to the customer."

"The whole upper level was held up by support beams, the sheets were dirty, no water pressure. Everything was just gross."

"It was cute and warm when I went in on a cold night. And the bed was so comfy and very good value for money."

"It was perfect I would stay there again"

"The hotel is closed."

"Nice clean new home. Great communication. The kids and our mini labradoodle loved the backyard and everything else about it."

"This was one of the best VRBOs we have been too. The place was clean, and well set up. It’s also close to town and the zoo. Communication was great. I would stay here again! I hope we were as good of guests as the they were hosts!"
