"This was a great place to stop and spend the night before we continued on to our final destination in Canada. The hotel was very clean and the reception area was very inviting. We liked the walking path into town as well. My only complaint is that we asked for a recommendation for dinner and she directed us to a place that was about 10 minutes away. The riverside view was nice, however it was very loud inside and the food was expensive and subpar. What she failed to let us know was that...

"Easy to find, a cute cabin deep in the woods. Big windows almost makes you feel like your camping. All wood inside with big timbers gives the feeling of you’re living back in the 1800’s. The weather was cold so the fire place came in handy.There was no oven which was a little surprising but there was adequate electric appliances to cook what we had.The owners were really easy to work and answered all of our questions.Would highly recommend it!!"

"This place was so beautiful and had plenty of space for our family. Close enough to several boat launches and Warroad is about 20 minutes away. The home had everything you needed from dishes, crockpots, etc. Plenty of wildlife surround the property as we would be greeted by deer daily. The host was extremely helpful and answered any questions promptly. We look forward to staying here again in the future."

"The cabin smelled of fresh cedar and overall was very clean. The oven had not been cleaned though. All the beds are single which is not great for a married couple. It is a great set- up for a bunch of friends going on a fishing trip. There aren't any closets to hang up clothes, but no big deal for just a few days. There is definitely plenty of room for parking. It would be nice if there was an awning over the picnic table to provide some shade. Or the back right corner of the parking...
