"Breakfast was quite good. One of the better selections I have seen in a while. Comfortable beds too."

"Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only two comments: 1) It was Homecoming weekend for Knox College, so I get the "supply/demand" pricing ... but $300,00/night for a very basic hotel and room? Really? Talking with others, the pricing was comparable to other hotels in the area for this weekend. Seems like taking advantage to me, but it is what it is. 2) Water pressure on the shower was mediocre at best. Otherwise, all things considered, location and comfort were convenient and I would...

"Room was clean and quiet. Had a nice weekend."

"We really appreciated all the friendliness of staff and the very clean and well maintained facilities. Good breakfast selections!"

"I think we woke the front desk person up when we arrived early evening on a Saturday. The TV in our room didn't work. The bathroom fan was super loud. Had to call the front desk to get toilet paper because they had less than half a roll upon arrival. Says breakfast included with our stay. Breakfast was cereal and no milk. That's it. Beds were decent tho. Will probably not stay here again unless it was the only option in the area and we were desperate."

"Room assigned to me had someone in it. When I tried to get in the room they had it dead bolted. Agent at the best western just let me stay in one of there rooms since the extended stay was booked!"

"The facility was well stocked with items we used. The master suite was wonderful. Laundry appliances and soap were available - and we used them. Because we were busy in town most of the weekend, we didn't get to use the hot tub, but it was available and ready for us. The host was very easy to reach whenever we had questions."

"Dirty. Smelly. Furniture in tatters. Broken doors. No hand towels or washcloths provided."

"Clean room. General areas clean. Very good value hotel for the price."

"Room was clean and service was good."
