"It was dirty, the pool and hot tub were "under maintenance" (they just did not want to upkeep them), the beds were stained, the sheets were stained and wrinkled- the rooms smelled of smoke, the bathroom had drop ceilings (garunteed mold!!) the shower curtain rod was practically falling off of the wall, the drains smelled like something was rotting in them.
