"We had wonderful time staying at this property. Easy walking distance to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. I would stay here again. Can see beach from kitchen island. Furniture was a bit dated especially in the living room, but for the price we weren’t too concerned."

"Easy walk to beach, thoughtfully updated and decorated house with enough original details to be charming. Negatives were lack of essential cooking utensils and very beat up pans, couch, and deck furniture. Dealt with pet hair although we didn't bring our pets. Enjoyed our stay overall. "

"We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "It's a Shore Thing". It met all of our expectations...especially the fact of its location right on the beach! It was so enjoyable to sit on the deck and listen to the crash of the waves, watch the sunrise, and to see families enjoy the water. The kitchen had all that we had need of for our meal preparations.
