"The road to Rainforest edge is not good - and you can miss it. It's only partly tarmac, and that pitted. It's uphill, winding, and goes through a tea factory. But when you get there... It's like a medieval castle: great boulders below, tiled roofs above, and an infinity pool looking out over the mountains. "We stayed in the hotel because of Sinharaja rain forest. Location is good, close to city but quiet for sleep. Hotel is very wear off and needs proper cleaning of everything. Owner is nice and helpful is you need to manage something."

"Boulder Garden Hotel is the most beautifull hotel I have ever been to. It is located in the middle of a forest. Except for the rooms, everything is in the outside: the restaurant is located below a huge boulder, the swimming pool is in the middle of rocks. The personel is very friendly and helpfull. The food is very good and relatively cheap (our dinner was 12 USD for two). The hotel is very small: there are only 5 or 6 rooms. So nearly all of it is there for you only. I recomend it very much. "
