"We booked a particular room and when we arrived they put us in a different room. I explained to the front desk clerk what room I booked and she said that that was not how the booking came across from Expedia and that we had to pay an additional$20 in cash to get the correct room after the clerk ran my card 3 times and told me I had to pay cash for the room because none of my cards would go through. She asked for my driver's license 3 times. Everything just seemed very strange"

"Excellent VRBO Thanksgiving stay for our family of 28. We had a wonderful time. Well stocked. Lots and lots of room. Pool and basement games were a huge hit for the kids.
