    Ubicada directamente en la calle de la playa, esta casa bellamente renovada tiene pisos de baldosas con paredes recién pintadas, nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y gabinetes renovados. La unidad 13 es la unidad más cercana a la entrada de la piscina ya solo 2 minutos a pie de la playa. Esta unidad se encuentra en el primer nivel. Sin embargo, también tengo la unidad de arriba, así que si desea la unidad de arriba, hágamelo saber antes de reservar para ver si está disponible. Por lo tanto, si está buscando más espacio, puedo abrir la puerta de cierre que separa el piso de arriba y el piso de abajo para usted, lo que lo convierte en un baño de 4 habitaciones y 4 dormitorios para familias más grandes o si lo desea, también puede cerrarse si no desea verlos jajaja Es casi como cuando vas a un hotel y pides habitaciones contiguas.

Está perfectamente situado con vistas a las aguas azul esmeralda y arenas azucaradas del Golfo de México, así como a las orillas del Lago Four Prong, justo en su patio trasero. Esta casa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene un gran dormitorio principal con una cama king y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama litera completa y su propio baño. Esta unidad duerme 4-6. Totalmente amueblado y equipado para las vacaciones familiares perfectas con todas las comodidades del hogar. Recién reformado con hermosas citas de playa, así como televisores grandes, wifi gratuito y sillas de playa. Puede pescar en el lago, relajarse en la gran piscina comunitaria climatizada por temporada o nadar y tomar el sol en la playa. Ubicado en el centro, cerca de restaurantes elegantes e informales, entretenimiento familiar, deportes acuáticos, pesca, golf y, por supuesto, ¡compras!

Amazing location. Spacious. Backporch is great. Needs more towels, showehead with hand held sprayer, and proper handles in showers. We were sliding left and right lol. Our like 5th time staying here. We loved everything about it, except the water bugs.

The back deck was nice but I suggest have your cleaning crew wipe the chairs and tables down and brush and sweep furniture before guests arrive.

Close to the beach

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. It was close to the beach, had a great porch, and was nearby many great restaurants and shopping.

Great Location

Great location and great comfortable unit. Beautiful view off the back and right next to the pool in the front. Perfect little family get away spot. Easy to get to the beach, easy to get to the pool and easy to relax on the back porch and watch the turtles and fish! Loved our stay. Thank you!

This property was located perfectly for easy access to beach, restaurants, and shopping. The tunnel under Hwy. 98 was awesome so I did not have to worry when my teen daughters wanted to walk back and forth to the beach on their own. The rental was very clean and well-equipped. My only complaint was that there was already sand in the sheets of the guest room beds upon arrival and we had to wash them on the first night. Not speculating on how this occurred but the stay was great to the point that this was definitely not prevent another booking as I do know how difficult it is to remove all sand even when linens are properly washed. We also thoroughly enjoyed watching and feeding bread to the MANY turtles and fish in the pond off the back porch.

Destin Get-A-Way

Location was excellent, nice views and beach access was great. one star is taken off as we have been back from our trip for over 2 weeks and the owner has not returned the security deposit yet!

Fantastic location and value. The unit was exactly like the pictures. The back porch was great as well…we spent a lot of time there hanging with the turtles and fish in the pond.

Destin Beach

We have stayed at this condo every visit over the last 5 years. It is always clean, quiet and the owner is always available by phone should you require an unexpected service. The location is convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I would recommend it to anyone.

Spring Break

Had a great stay here and would stay here again. The condo was super cute and that back porch is AMAZING! So close to the beach and pool. Had everything we needed and more! Only downside is hearing every footstep and noise from upstairs. Thankfully it was mostly during wakeful hours. I would definitely stay here again!

Family Tradition

We’ve booked this place the same week for 4 years now. We love it. It has everything our family of 5 needs for a week stay. Location is great to beach, shopping and dining. Just wish it had more towels, behind tv in family room need dusting and primary bedroom needs dusting (walls and lamp). Great additions since our last stay are the tub/shower bars and air purifier.This place is now apart of my family’s vacation tradition. Thanks so much. Will definitely continue to book.

Beautiful lakeside retreat!

The 13B unit at Destiny Beach Villas was a beautiful place for my family and I to stay at while in Destin! The condo had everything we needed, was walking distance to the beach which avoided sand in my car, nice pool, and easy parking! My wife and kids got great joy out of feeding all the turtles that are in the lake. We had a great time, and will definitely stay here again whenever we decide to return to Destin. Thanks again!

We had a wonder time but the bottom bunk bed is horribly squeaky when u try to roll over which keeps the top person awake too

Beautiful Area and Location

This location is beautiful and in a great area close to everything. The beach is directly across the street and can be accessed through a tunnel under the street. We did not get to visit the beach because it rained the entire time we were there. Depending on the season you visit some of the restaurants close at 9:00 p.m. There is a wide variety of food choices to choose from. There is also a lot of places to visit as well as shopping galore! We really enjoyed our visit, the location we stayed at, and we will definitely be back soon.

Great location

Pros: great location, easy access to the beach, the absolute best crab dip is within walking distance, it has a great porch overlooking the small lake (the turtles loved being fed!…SO many turtles!) King sized bed was comfy and the bedroom was roomy. Cons: the main living area is not child friendly-lots of glass and breakables, the floor needed to be mopped- my grandson’s clothes, knees and feet were black from crawling around. The living area and kitchen are pretty small- luckily we weren’t there much. We would probably stay again due to the great access to the beach.

A bit noisy on the bottom floor and couldn’t get the Apple TV to work but otherwise a good stay

The location was great, I loved sitting on the deck and watching the turtles in the little back pond. It’s a short walk to a beautiful beach. There was a running toilet that the property manager had fixed right away, however the sheets from the last stay were in the washer when we got there, we could hear everything our neighbors upstairs were doing and we could not get the Apple TV to work. Also, we asked for a late check out and we were granted it, but the cleaning person showed up at the original checkout time and stayed until we left.

Nice Place to stay

We were unable to watch ESPN, etc. and the TV was so complicated we finally just gave up. We even had one of our relatives try to help us and he is good with technology. We had to unclog the master bath sink and the light in the living room does not work and neither does the Keurig coffee machine. So the place needs some attention. Other than that the beds are very comfortable and the rest was great. Mark & Coni Cecil
