Our condo sits literally ON the BEACH, our property has a water-front breathtaking panoramic view from our privately own balcony. The condo is also located in the heart of Destin, meaning everything is at your disposition when you need either shopping, grocery shopping, entertainment and of course restaurants and bars.
Atmosphere of our unit is relaxed, beach themed and modern. Just come down the elevator from the 4th floor and walk into the beach. No walking or driving distance, no street to cross either!

Entertaining includes our 3 major pools, one o them is a zero entry pool, our two jacuzzis with one of them installed with handicap accessibility, several grills to your disposition to grill your catch of the day or simply simply from your favorite market, free covered and uncovered parking,

The resort offers COIN/APP OPERATED WASHER AND DRYER ON EACH FLOOR, our floor has washer and dryer a few steps from our door so it’s very conveniently located.

The resort counts with a very replaced all the old equipment from the fitness center and installed new updated equipment. ,
