    ¡Un alegre condominio caribeño está esperando el repiqueteo de tus felices pies! Este espacioso alquiler de vacaciones en Destin tiene todo lo que una escapada de playa gloriosa debe abarcar. Desde su ubicación en la muy solicitada área de Crystal Beach hasta sus comodidades y su cercanía a la playa. Todas tus preocupaciones quedarán en la puerta.

    Las paredes costeras de colores te saludan cuando entras como si dijeras "relájate, estás de vacaciones". Una cocina completamente equipada, un balcón con vistas a los jardines bien cuidados y dos habitaciones decoradas con serenidad harán que su estancia sea cómoda y relajante.

    Imagínese una parrillada con la familia después de un gran día en la playa, una tarde de natación en la piscina y luego cócteles en el balcón o simplemente relájese en su propia bañera con jacuzzi o en el spa comunitario de Caribbean Dunes.

    Los visitantes adoran quedarse en las Dunas del Caribe debido a su excelente ubicación. Inmediatamente al lado se encuentra el popular restaurante Camille's y una cafetería contigua. Justo al otro lado de la calle hay un mirador y el paseo marítimo a la playa. Además, el centro comercial al aire libre Destin Commons, las tiendas de comestibles y otros excelentes destinos comerciales están a menos de una milla de distancia. ¡Grandes cosas suceden cuando la facilidad del Caribe y el estilo de vida relajado de Destin se encuentran con unas excelentes vacaciones!
    Durante las vacaciones de primavera, este condominio requiere una estadía de 7 noches, de sábado a sábado. Durante el 4 de julio de vacaciones requerimos una estancia semanal.
    No alquilamos a menores de 25 años ni a estudiantes.

Destin vacation

Very clean and updated. Mattress was a little to firm for my liking but i have rheumatoid arthritis and need something softer but my husband said he was fine with it. And my daughtwr stated the other bed was fine for her also. Very close to beach and a short drive to everything in destin. Would definitely recommend this property and newman daily

This property was not like the listing you can not see the beach and we had mold in the shower.

Not clean, the bedding was like hospital bedding. Mold on the shower curtain and very outdated. You can not see the ocean.

Reservation,check-in and departure were very easy.Beach access was not exactly as I had expected ,property well maintained and quiet.This unit didn’t have a working blender

Perfect Location

Location was perfect. Just wish it was stocked a little better. We have stayed at other Newman Dailey properties and were supplied with paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and clothing detergent. I just wish previous guests were allowed to leave left overs of those products as well as trash bags, paper plates, non- perishable itesms, etc....there vs. housekeeping throwing them out. Just seems like a waste of money to have to throw it away.

great place is you don’t plan to be in there

If you are looking for somewhere close to the beach, affordable and you plan to be out and about this is great place for sleeping. Quiet neighborhood. There were a few areas that could have been touched up as far as cleaning, but other than that it was alright.

Relaxing

The property was a perfect location to the beach and centrally located, which made it easier to visit different places. The house was cute and spacious for the 3 of us. The only negative is that we couldn't use the upstairs shower. The shower head was black and moldy looking. Definitely needs to be replaced or at least cleaned.

it was really nice. this was the 6th time staying at the Dunes. 1st time in this room. everything we needed was there. a recommendation - when the Pool lights come on the heat for the pool comes on. we love swimming at night be the water is to cold.

Exactly as described. Would stay again!

My wife and I met another couple in Destin to celebrate our anniversary. Property was great, literally steps across the street from the beach, clean, comfortable. Plenty of space for two couples with private bed & bath for both. Would stay again!

Nice and clean

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice clean space and easy to get in and out and to the ocean. Our only complaint is that we thought it was located where you could see the water from the balcony (the pictures were slightly misleading) but you couldn’t. Other than that it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Carribean Dunes 222, May 9-19, 2019

This property is located so close to the beach, a block away, it is very convenient. The property was nice although definitely dated, but the kitchen was updated and very nice. Excellent balcony to sit out on facing the pool just across the street. The only downside is that there are large rental houses across the street and they rented to fraternities and large noisy families. We did really enjoy our stay and had everything we needed for us to relax and enjoy our vacation.
