St. Lucia 1204 at Silver Shells Luxury Condo with Gulf Views!

This 12th Floor Condo in the St. Lucia is located in the highly sought after Silver Shells Beach and Spa Resort. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and views of the gulf from the terrace of this 12th floor luxurious condo. It is appointed with beautiful custom furnishings from Sugar Beach Interiors. The terrace is accessible from all rooms.

There are two spacious sized beautiful bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with amazing views of the Gulf. The master bath has an oversized whirlpool tub and shower. The separate laundry room is an added bonus.

This 1,369 sq. foot condo just performed many upgrades to include: new granite countertops in kitchen and bath to include new sinks and faucets, new porcelain tile “wood look” flooring, and fresh new paint throughout. All new stainless steel appliances, as well as, new lighting, new carpeting and new sofa. Tastefully decorated and well taken care of.

Amenities include beautiful lobby, St. Lucia Private Pool and Hot Tub, as well as, Large Resort Pool and Hot Tub, beautiful expansive private beach, and indoor/underground garage parking for 1 vehicle. St. Lucia HOA includes Dish Network TV and Enco Wireless Internet.

We have always enjoyed this particular property and we would stay here again. Unfortunately, the washer was broken (no spin cycle) and the hot water in the kitchen sink wasn’t available. The view is beautiful and the condo itself is spacious are nicely kept.

The condo and its location was great. Very nice accommodations and everything updated. Have no complaint of property or property owner. Unfortunately there was a sewage issue that was known to the Emerald Coast Vacation Rental people that we were only told about at check-in. During the first night stay, had to clean up urine and feces l, toilet paper and sewage water that was coming up out of the guest room sink that we didn’t use because of the check-in instruction. Because of the human waste overflowing into the guest bath floor, maintenance and the professional clean up crew recommended that we be moved. If it could’ve been cleaned and sterilized and safe for family, would’ve enjoyed staying at location. Was moved to a different condo at a different property that wasn’t near the quality.

Clean, bed comfortable and AC great. However, first impression was aged property. Laundry room: Washer has no drain cycle, broken light and smells like propane gas. Patio: lopsided table with dangerous feet! Decor dated. Thin walls. One Fob for building, elevator, pool and ROOM would be nice.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! It was very clean. It was such an enjoyable vacation with my two daughters. We had a wonderful time on the beach enjoying the beautiful water with our favorite frozen drinks delivered right to us on the beach! Conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again!

Nothing Less than Amazing

Everything was accurate about the listing. Very clean and spacious. Amazing views of the private beach . The balcony was accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. Jetted tub and spacious master bathroom. Everything we needed for an amazing experience. We will definitely book this condo again.

A Dream Vacation

This is our family’s 3rd stay at Silver Shells. We love it it’s so clean and safe it’s perfect for our family. We have gone other places and nothing else compares so we come back. We are already planning our next trip back. Nothing to complain about!

I had some anxiety about the check in process cause u have to oick up keys and check in packet at a different location then the resort but it actually went smoother then we thought. First thing we noticed was how secure the resort was. From gate secruity to locked under ground parking. The resort was gorgeous and clean. Walmart was right across the street and it was close to many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Condo on the beach

My family loves Silver Shells. The condo in St. Lucia is wonderful. Love all the amenities Silver Shells offers. The new fitness center, weight room and pickle ball courts are an added bonus.

Great Location

I really enjoyed staying at this condo. The location is perfect for going to the beach and pool as it’s super close to both so no need to drive. We didn’t rent a car and it was just a short Uber drive to other places around Destin. The condo was clean and very well maintained. We had a little hiccup at check in since we got there so early before we could check in but it wasn’t the fault of the host. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

This property was great - clean and as described. We loved the location - easy to snag some things at Walmart across the street but the unit is located on the quieter beach side of the street. Covered parking spot with carts for unloading and locating was super convenient. The unit had great views of the water - two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us. Loved the access to full washer and dryer. Plenty of room to spread out and hang out when we turned in for the day. Loved the convenience of walking to the pool and beach. Community pool is big and heated. We will be back!
