This bright, beachy rental is ideal for your next Gulf Coast getaway for two or fun-filled solo adventure. This casual studio comes with everything you need for a great time including a well-equipped, full kitchen with counter seating for four, a furnished balcony, and a sunny, open layout. The complex itself offers shared pools, tennis courts, a fitness room, a nine-hole golf course, and easy access to a private beach.

Beach Service for the 2022 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Beach trip

Great location. Private beach access was very easy and convenient. Having to pay 6 for each load of laundry was ridiculous, given the fact we paid good money to stay, and for the fact that washer/dryer was listed as an amenity; I feel that was misleading. Check out time of 10 am is on the early side, being that check in time for new guests is 4 pm. Check out time would be more convenient if it were noon.

AC went out with no repair or response

Unfortunately, like other reviewers stated, the AC unit stopped working our last night making for a miserable evening and following morning while packing up. I reached out to the Number posted above the thermostat and was told someone would be contacted for repair and would reach out to me. I never heard anything so followed up with a text that gave very vague responses. I later emailed and received a response that someone would be back in touch, which never happened either.

Great little place for a long weekend getaway!

My mom and I really enjoyed the condo while we visited for a long weekend celebrating her birthday. The size was perfect for just the 2 of us. We loved how close it was to the beach. It was just a few minutes walk away! We enjoyed The Sandflea bar and grill across the street. We did use one hot tub which wasn't all that hot and one of the pools. Everything was clean and as advertised. I had seen reviews about the bed being uncomfortable, but mom and I thought it was very comfortable. It didn't feel like a queen bed though. Others also mentioned the gap at the head of the bed, but we just put pillows from the couch there and didn't have any issues. It was a little noisy from the street traffic, but that was to be expected since we were on the street side. We really enjoyed the condo overall along with all the amenities. The private beach with beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus! We plan to bring family and friends back to the resort in the future! Thanks for the amazing weekend!

Was a cute spot. Would stay again but just be sure to bring xtra toilet paper, know that the chairs for beach are NOT included. Off season till mid march and the fees have not been paid for some time so it’s 60 a day per chair. Laundry room is awful old . 3 to wash 3 to dry. Figure double dry time and only hold about 3 things and you need to wash your own towels.

Unit was marginal at best

The unit was dirty on the floors and sticky, dirty counters. The bed was awful, it sank in the middle and was very old. It needs to be replaced. The light by the entry door did not work so hard to plug in entry code at night. Woll not go here again Caution if you decide to rent this unit. THANKS ! clearly needs to be replaced. The lught outside at entry

Last minute booking

We normally stay with a family member in the same condos. The condo was sold so they were moved to a one bedroom. We booked in mid January. The room was clean. The mattress on the Murphy bed could definitely be upgraded. The bathroom was comfortable for use. Definitely needs a mat in tub so nobody slips. The water adjustment in the shower takes a little bit to fine tune. The storage is good for your personal belongings. I like this area because it is close to great shopping and awesome restaurants. We have our favorites. We have been coming to Destin for years. Overall, I would be back with a new mattress!

First solo trip!

I was so nervous to go by myself but I did and it was everything I expected and more. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! It made me feel so much safer knowing there was a security shack and a lock code to enter the complex. Thank you for a trip of my lifetime! I will definitely be back with my family!

terrible management

To be fair, this room was pretty nice, overall clean, and in a perfect location. We just had a terrible customer service experience. We had a terrible first night's sleep sleeping shoulder to shoulder in the smallest queen bed of all time. Basically sleeping under 2 thin sheets. There was a huge behind the bed so our pillows kept falling. The sliding glass door has a gap, which didn't bother us until a cockroach ended up in my suitcase. I called Vacasa to address some of these concerns, they said someone would call me back. Never happened. I left a review on Vacasa with some of these concerns, they did not publish it. Not a great experience.
