Bring the whole family to our beautiful and spacious townhome with its prime location on Holiday Isle between the Destin Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico! This 3-bedroom luxury townhome is a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, jetties and snorkeling cove!! There are partial Gulf and Harbor views from the balconies. This townhome has high ceilings, granite countertops and lots of space for your family to lounge, relax and enjoy your time on the amazing Emerald Coast!
You enter this property on the first floor where there is an extra large gameroom with ping pong, foosball, television, and bonus living room with seating for 8. One of the couches folds into a sleeper couch for extra sleeping space. The bunk room is located on this floor with two sets of bunk beds. One of the bunks has a double bed on the bottom for even more sleeping space. The room also has a refrigerator and microwave for extra convenience! The bathroom has a tub shower combination.
The second floor is the main living space and hosts an extra large living room with plenty of seating space. There is a brand new sectional couch plus an armchair for viewing the tv as well as two additional armchairs perfect for curling up with a good book. There is also a small table for playing games. The unit comes with some games, puzzles and books for you to enjoy! There is also a large balcony with plenty of seating and a gas grill.
The kitchen is spacious and stocked with everything from a toaster to a blender, an array of pots and pans, and cooking utensils. You will also find a drip and a Keurig coffee maker. There are five bar stools at the counter for extra space to eat. There is also a dining area with a table that seats 6 and extra counter space for serving. Small bonus table that seats 2. There is a half bath located on this floor.
The third floor hosts two bedrooms. The first is the extremely large master bedroom with a king bed, a sleeper couch, two armchairs, and a tv. There is a beautiful view of the harbor from the master bedroom as well a a balcony for an even better view of the harbor. It is a great spot to enjoy your early morning coffee. The master bath is enormous with marble throughout, a double head shower and a whirlpool tub. It also has separate his and hers vanities and a private toilet.
The second bedroom has two queen beds, ceiling fan and tv. There is a stand up shower in the bathroom.
The third floor is also home to the full sized washer and dryer to accommodate the laundry needs of your group.
The guest is allowed access the entire space which includes parking spaces in the driveway for 3 cars, and a small yard with table and chairs and a fire pit.

Neighborhood highlights
Tucked in the sought after Holiday Isle neighborhood between the Desitin Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. This area is great for walking with plenty of sidewalks and pathways that offer beautiful views of the Harbor on one side, gorgeous homes and of course a beach and gulf to enjoy on the other side. You can also go to Norreigo Point, on the tip of the peninsula (about a half mile walk) to get a look at all the boaters in the Harbor, pass and at Crab Island. There are also fireworks on Thursday nights during the summer season that are shot off from the pass!
Getting around
There is easily room for 2 cars or trucks to park in the driveway. You could get a third if they are small.
Hurricane Policy: If the state or local government orders a mandatory evacuation for the particular area where the property is located AND you don’t stay at the property, you will receive a full refund for the nights the mandatory evacuation order is in place. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days after the event is over. Please be advised that we cannot promptly respond to support tickets during times of emergency.
Other situations, like general State of Emergency, voluntary evacuations, canceled/delayed flights, changed travel plans including blocked roads in other areas of the Country or fear of travel, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
