Take a look at this superb three-bedroom two-bathroom villa at Sandpiper Cove that sleeps 8 guests in comfort and ease, Villa 22. This spacious stand-alone villa comes with everything needed to ensure your next Sandpiper Cove vacation is perfect. This property is on stilts: on the bottom floor you’ll be pleased to find the covered outdoor patio: perfect for relaxing after a swim, this area has a HDTV and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. The Laundry Room is adjacent to the outdoor seating area. Going up a set of outdoor stairs and you will arrive at the main floor of the home. This floor includes the Kitchen, the Living Room, the Bunk Bed Room, and the Guest Bedroom. The Kitchen has full-size stainless-steel appliances and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare a meal. The Dining area is adjacent to the Kitchen and leads to the Living Room. The Living Room has plenty of seating including a long wrap around couch, a wall mounted HDTV, and access to the main floor’s deck. Also on this main floor is the Bunk Bed Room, complete with two sets of Twin Bunk beds. The Guest Bedroom comes next and is home to a Queen bed. There is a full bathroom on this main floor, complete with a dual vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. Going upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and a flat screen TV, while the Master Bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. There is a 5-minute walk to Sandpiper Cove’s private beach. This newly renovated property will not sit vacant for a long duration- book it now and discover your next Destin oasis!

10/10 Relaxing Stay

We’ve been coming to Sandpiper Cove since 2020 and have stayed at several different condos; this one, however, was SO spacious and allowed us (4 adults and 1 toddler) to sprawl out and relax. The property is exactly how described, everything is clean, the host is super communicative. We will definitely be back.

Second stay at this property in Sandpiper

We had an amazing trip. I stayed at this property last year and didn’t realize until checking in. We love how close it is the beach, the outdoor porch, and huge living area for family. There’s also kitchen to cook meals if you don’t want to go out. The details did say it came with two beach chairs(we were denied the first day) but the property manager worked that out quickly every other day. The master shower does not drain well, and on our final evening a main line water break shut off water in the entire complex so we were unable to go to bathroom etc… that was a damper no one’s fault. The property managers did communicate the next day to reconcile. Overall I would 100% visit this property again!
