The unit had everything we needed for a great stay and appeared to have brand new appliances. I honestly have nothing negative to say at all. Being able to buy ice on site was an unexpected surprise!

The only thing I will say for this trip is you used to get complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, you don’t anymore, which is ok, but the price before that was $25 for two chairs and a umbrella. The price now is $50 for two chairs and a umbrella which is insane. It would have cost me $300 to rent for my whole stay after paying $3200 for 6 days. They should drop the price or go back to offering at least one day complimentary.

The condo is in need of a good deep clean, so much dust! The quality of linens is in need of an upgrade. It would be really nice if there were somewhere to grill other than just in the parking lot by the dumpsters. My biggest suggestion would be customer service. The beach attendant is not a super helpful guy unless you hand him a boat load of cash, and when I spoke to the office it was not something they are involved in as the beach attendants are a third party, seems some quality control there to ensure your guests have a great stay would be nice. We enjoyed our visit, but we will be staying elsewhere moving forward.

The housekeeping has not been up to par in several years. It's ok if you don't look too close but the deep cleaning is not being done. Also, FIX THE LOCK ON THE DOOR FROM THE BEDROOM. Who wants to leave their room unlocked while they are at the beach or pool? Do you leave your home unlocked when you leave? I don't think so!!!!!!!!!!!! The whole point of a ground floor room is to be able to walk out to the beach, not go all the way around through the parking lot. This is ridiculous and has been going on for years. FIX IT!

Great experience

My husband, children, grandparents and I stayed in this unit and we all loved it. We stayed on the ground floor so no stairs or elevator and even though we were right by the pool never had any loud noise at night or anytime really. Nice private beach with free chairs and umbrella.

We had friends stay at the same complex and their unit was much older and not nearly as nice. The location was perfect for us. Walk out the doors and you are at the pool. We could sit in the living room and watch our daughter swim. We didn't have a view of the ocean...but for us poolside was much better.Only issues were at check-in...we arrived early and gave our cell phone for them to text us when the room was ready. We basically waited in our car for 3 hours and then I went back inside and found out that the room was ready, but no one bothered to text us!There is no laundry in the unit and not a lot of towels, so either bring extras from home or plan to pay to do laundry. There is a towel exchange on Mondays and Thursdays...but that wasn't enough for us, so we ended up having to wash things.
