Great Vacation and Rental Unit

From the moment we checked in with the on site manager, to the very end of the stay, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We were 3 minutes walking distance to the beach and the condo was very clean especially for my standards. I also loved that this condo had its own washer and dryer. The only thing I would have liked more was if this was a king size bed but I’d stay here every time I come visit from now on!

Condo need updated umbrella and chairs. Umbrella small and flimsy. Collapsed every day as day went on and winds picked up. Small chair ripped 2nd day out when sat in. Front door very hard to open/close. Binds alot.

Great location...minutes to the Beach!

PROS: - less than 5 minute walk to the beach - nice quiet pool right outside the back door - more than enough space for 2 adults - Murphy bed was more comfortable than expected - available beach cooler/cooler bag - Sandpiper Cove staff were extremely pleasant and helpful CONS: - beach chairs & umbrella needs to be replaced - both were either broken or in poor condition - although nicely equipped, the kitchen was missing some basic stuff I've had with other vacation rentals. ie - coffee filters, salt & pepper and at least 1 roll of paper towels. - floors could have been cleaner. Appeared not be be mopped, or not mopped well enough prior to our arrival. There was visible film/dirt when we wiped the floors.

Great Location

Location was perfect, so close to the beach and pool right out the back, and everything you need just a short drive away. The included toys were fun for my son on the beach since it rained the majority of our trip.

good for small family but not large

The place is very small, about the size of a hotel room. however, beach access is just a short walk & the pool is right off the back deck. Also, the owner provides some beach toys chairs & umbrella which we found useful. the beds are firm but adequate. The kitchen does have plenty of pots pans and dishwear. check in was very simple and the staff was friendly.

Nice place, great location

The place was really clean. Location was great with a short walk to the beach. Beach area was nice. We had a family of 4, 2 kids + 2 adults, and it was roomy enough for all of us. Would definitely stay here again.

Labor day weekend trip

Enjoyed our stay! The condo was very nice and clean. Great location and a very easy short walk to the beach. I will look forward to staying here again.

Not what I expected...BUGS

The bed was not a queen as stated ... very very small not what I expected and to top it off the first night there we were woken up by HUGE GIGANTIC American Cockroaches crawling on our face and all the said was oh we will have maintenance come spray so we hung out in room for 5 hours waiting on him and he never showed them called after we decided to go eat and didn’t come til the next day and then we had to stop what we were doing for that and then he was trying to replace a faucet and had to leave and get parts so we wasted half a day the second time for that !!!! I’m very very upset and disappointed at this and the big bugs everywhere
