  • Condominio en el piso 17 actualizado - unidad frente a la playa! Hermosa vista completa del golfo! Actualizado en el otoño de 2018 ... Todos los pisos nuevos, sofá nuevo, mesa de café, mesas auxiliares, mesa de comedor y sillas, juego de dormitorio nuevo y ropa de cama nueva.

    NOTA: También soy propietario de una unidad en la unidad de Surfside Resort 409 ID de propiedad: 17922, Crystal Sands ID de propiedad de unidad: 26158 y Emerald Towers unit 1004 ID de propiedad: 85592 en www. vrbo. com. Si este condominio está reservado o viaja con otros huéspedes y necesita otras unidades.

    Pelican Beach Resort es uno de los resorts más populares para alojarse en Destin, el destino familiar perfecto.

    Convenientemente ubicado cerca de todas las actividades, tales como: Big Kahuna Water Park (al otro lado de la calle), ubicado cerca de muchos restaurantes familiares: Bubba Gump Shrimp, Hard Rock Cafe, Johnny Rockets, Ruth Chris Steakhouse, ¡y más! Tiendas minoristas, centros comerciales Silver Sands y cines.

    Un dormitorio / dos baños frente al golfo superficie habitable 873 sq. Pie. nuevo sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. Después de ingresar a la unidad, notará las aguas verde esmeralda del Golfo de México desde su balcón privado que tiene una vista directamente hacia el sur.

    El dormitorio principal tiene cama king, con baño privado. Las literas empotradas en el pasillo permiten dormir a la multitud más joven y una cama de reina en la sala de estar.

    Cocina totalmente funcional, con cocina completa, refrigerador, lavaplatos, microondas, cafetera y licuadora. Acceso a internet inalámbrico, televisión con DVD. Completamente abastecido con ropa de cama y toallas.

    El Pelican Beach Resort cuenta con 2 piscinas climatizadas. Al aire libre y bajo techo, junto con una piscina para niños y una bañera de hidromasaje al aire libre.

Our condo was very nice. Everything we needed was there. Owner had fast friendly communication. Great resort. Everyone was so friendly. We had an excellent time !

The condo was below average. Overall run down, sheets with holes, bathroom lights only 1 or two worked at the time, A/C vent falling off, bathroom curtain moldy, every time you went in the unit, you could smell something that we were not able to locate. The tables in living room are all loose or about to break, we were worried about moving them because they rock in every direction. My 7yr old said “I don’t want to sleep here is dirty”, when asked to sleep in upper bunk; for a 7yr old to realize and care about that says a lot about the condition of the area. Kitchen utensils were not clean.View is great, elevators were readily available, it was safe. The condo building seems to have a lot of rules and enforces all of them of which some seem a little excessive but understandable.Overall the unit could use some updating, cleaning and refresh, it is a nice beach and location. The condition of the condo should match the price.

I thoroughly enjoyed the family friendly environment and the communication with the manager as it went on. The place had a beautiful view. It had everything we needed. I loved it.

Great Location great Place

1st time VRBO it was learning experience the room was nice the microwave handle was broken, would have been nice to know that we needed to bring our own coffee . But we enjoyed the place easy access and beautiful view and we saw dolphins from our balcony.

The condo could use remodeling. Had a pigeon living on the light on the balcony and there was pigeon poop all over the balcony. Other than that it was a nice place.

Beautiful condo

The place is really nice and the Private beach area is beautiful. The only thing is being charged for cleaning and finding dirty dishes in the cabinets and mold on the shower curtain.

Okay

Microwave handle still broken, shower curtain in bathroom horribly stained and dirty, there were long strings of hair everywhere, tv in bedroom wasnt working. Overall the location is great but the condo is outdated.

The view in this condo is fantastic! The beach is absolutely beautiful! Overall we would stay here again. I would pack extra towels and shampoo next time, we had to make a quick run for things like that. Reminder that it's not the resort but someone's rental property. Great living room area and kitchen! Three pools on property and the beach so plenty of outdoor time here.

I have really no complaints about the property. Everything was as advertised. View was gorgeous, building amenities were nice, communication with host was timely and helpful. My only gripe was the living room furniture was not the most comfortable and the apartment lacked some color. But again, it was clean, cozy and as advertised .

The beach service was an unexpected cost but seems to be the norm for this area. We couldn’t rent a golf cart for fun commuting since there were no accessible roads to drive from this resort. The view from our balcony was worth it!

This was our second time at this property. The locstion to the ocean is, as always, perfect. The only downside, was the coffee maker was not functioning. So , we bought a new one that was also bigger.

My Review

The unit has a serious mold problem in the closet and one of the bathrooms. It looked like one one cleaned under the bed in years. On the plus side, the view of the beach from the balcony was outstanding.

Mildew pee you

This is our second stay at the Pelican. Our first stay the room was clean and well maintained. This most recent stay the room smelled like mildew, not as clean as our first stay and the appearance was banged up. Huge repair patches in the bathroom and nail pops in the hallway. This unit was advertised as recently remodeled. The grounds was well kept and both pools and hot tubs very clean.

We booked this place strictly for the view and the view was fantastic! Yes the place could use a little updating but it was clean and comfortable. I contacted the owner about the microwave door handle being broken again when I got there and he had a technician come replace the entire door. 2 things to know: it costs 2.00 to wash clothes and 2.00 to dry them. The laundry room is across from the room. If you want an umbrella and chairs that costs extra also: 45 per day I believe. However there is an umbrella in the closet. We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have asked for a better week.
