Ocean Front Destin Condo, Newly Redecorated

Location is everything! Sterling Sands unit 112 is located DIRECTLY on the beach and is GULF facing- no roads to cross to reach the beach! The heated, outdoor pool and hot tub are also gulf front. Sterling Sands is one of the area's least crowded beach fronts. A private fitness center for guests and barbecue area are also located beachfront on the property. Beach equipment rental is available on-site through Sun, Sand, and Sea Beach Services.

*Beginning in 2026, the HOA has banned owner hosts from purchasing seasonal beach chair and umbrella set-up for our guests. Guests will still be able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the on-site vendor. Please note that as of 3/1/2022, personal umbrellas and canopies are not allowed on Sterling Sands' beach.

Sterling Sands is located in the heart of Destin within walking distance of The Back Porch Restaurant, Big Kahuna's Water Park, The Track Go-cart Park, etc. Directly across the street you can find pizza, subs, beverage store, beach store, and ice cream/yogurt.

Unit 112 has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, washer and dryer, and spacious living room with patio overlooking the ocean. You'll enjoy breathtaking views of the sandy, white beach and emerald waters of the Gulf.

The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has a full size bed. A sleeper sofa in the living room is a queen. The master bathroom has been updated with a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Flat screen tvs are in both bedrooms and in the living room.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. We use a door access code so there is no hassle with keeping up with keys. Free wifi is included with your stay. Beach Service is available to rent chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and paddle boards.

We welcome you to our condominium to spend your vacation in paradise on the sugary, white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Destin coast.

Note: The Sterling Sands Condo Association charges a $15 per person, per stay User Fee for each guest that is 5 years of age and older. Guests may pre-pay this fee or pay directly to the Condo Association at the on-site office upon check-in. This fee covers a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and wristbands to access amenities. A link to pre-pay the User Fee will be included with your Welcome Letter which will be emailed to you approximately one week prior to your check-in date.

We had such a great time! The condo was clean and spacious. The view was wonderful! Easy assess to the beach/pool. We had our 4 month old son with us and it was so nice being so close to the beach. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely recommend this property to others looking to stay in Destin.

The outside of the property is kept very clean and safe. The housekeeper needs to step it up. Lots of dust on the floor in the kitchen near the refrigerator and when you pull out the oven door you see dust. A little misleading regarding the traffic on the road to the condo. It can get a bit noisy. Furniture not very comfortable. I guess what we pay to stay was hoping for a little nicer because the pictures looked perfect but not what we thought in person.

The room was nice and clean and having a washer and dryer in the room was great. On another note you can hear all the street noise at night due to the bedrooms being in the front of the condo, the second bedroom is tiny the bed touches all but one wall in the room so really no room to walk around the bed. You can hear the people above you as they close their front door and their glass door to the patio. You’re on the first floor so you’ll also hear the dump truck picking up the trash every other day at 5am. My husband and I had a great honeymoon we just wish the walls and ceiling were insulated better so you couldn’t hear people walking or running above you.

Great location!

The condo was very clean and Rebekah was great to work with! The beach was beautiful and just steps away. We were definitely spoiled by the beach service, but the addition of two more chairs and an umbrella for the week is not cheap. Be prepared to spend! The beds were comfy and water pressure was top notch. The second bedroom was pretty small for two teenage girls and there is not a closet in there (the girls didn't pack light)! A towel bar or something similar to hang clothes on in the bedroom would be helpful. Traffic noise at night can get pretty loud so I suggest taking a sound machine. Destin commons is not far down the road and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We had a great stay here!

Great Location but Second Bedroom Tiny

The location was great. The second bedroom was tiny. There was only one way in the bed and out. You had to climb over top of the outside person if they were still asleep or you had to go to the bathroom. The host was very responsive to our concerns and needs.

Amazing stay!

My husband and I spent a week at this lovely condo and had an amazing time! The views are breathtaking!! The shower pressure in the master was awesome!! I wouldn’t change a thing, Rebekah was quick to respond and very friendly! Highly recommend this condo!

AMAZINGGGG

This was everything we wanted and more. The pictures do not do it justice. The condo is super nice, clean and has a lot of amenities. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s super close to everything you want to see or do. The pool and hot tub were also great. Our favorite part was how easy and close it is to access the beach. You just walk right out onto the beach. We loved having coffee outside watching and listening to the waves. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Destin. The host was also VERY responsive to all my questions. Highly recommend!!!

It was a good place the only thing was no smoking but our people beside us were smoking it made our condo smell the whole time we were there so we left a day early and stayed out untill bed time my wife can’t tolerate it but it was great location nice condo and the owner tried to help us with it

The property was a wonderful location. The beach was a very short walk from the condo. Close to the Destin Commons and The Outlets if that is an interest to you. We had a great week and was sad to have it end.

Inaccurate description extremely expensive

The primary bedroom was barely big enough for luggage/storage. The closet is obviously meant to be shared with the secondary bedroom which did NOT have a closet at all. The outlets are outdated and barely hold plugs. You cannot walk around the secondary bed it touches the wall at both ends. The pictures are deceptive of the bedrooms. Would NEVER recommend this unit to anyone. The location is great and the living area is ok but just overall a total disappointment. Should be considered a 1 bedroom with a queen bed that takes up the entire “second” bedroom.
