    Este condominio de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños se encuentra en el quinto piso y tiene un balcón amueblado frente al golfo, al que también se puede acceder desde el dormitorio principal. El Golfo de México se puede ver desde prácticamente cualquier lugar en la sala de estar de concepto abierto, que incluye una sala de estar, un comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada. La sala de estar y todas las habitaciones están equipadas con televisores de pantalla plana.

The condo was amazing very clean had everything we needed in kitchen just amazing. The beach view was amazing also got to see dolphins every day. Check in was great very friendly people. Pool was very nice and hot tub nice and clean. We will be back again next year would highly recommend

Customer service was outstanding and the condo was perfect, very clean, had everything we needed and the view was amazing. The building and grounds were immaculate.

This was the most beautiful condo and exceeded every expectation. Every detail down to the towels was perfect. The layout of the condo was perfect for 5-7 people. Three full bathrooms were a plus and it was so spacious we all had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything a person would need plus more. The pool area was clean and the proximity to the beach was so close. We would make the 14 hour drive again just to stay here.

Beautiful view

Lovely location with a beautiful view! We spent hours on the balcony watching the waves and people as they walked by. Would love to come back again.

Location was fantastic. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Great space for our family. The communication was excellent - keeping us updated as well as quick to answer any questions we had. We would come back.

Dolphins

Loved drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins every morning. Beautiful condo, very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be returning soon.

Our favorite home away from home!!

This is our second time staying at this condo and it was perfect! The location is great, the building is clean and very well maintained. The view couldn’t be better. Thank you so much for providing a great place for our family - we will be back soon!!

The property was nice. The only problem was hot water, washer and dryer were turned off at the circuit breaker. Luckily we figured out the problem and didn’t have to call anyone on Christmas Day to get it working.

Furniture is okay, comfortable but showing signs of wear. Beds are good, bedrooms are spacious. Appliances are old, except for the dishwasher. Washer is disgustingly rusty and moldy. Dryer takes forever to dry even a few towels. TVs worked after a maintenance call to reset them for cable connections. Front door lock was horrible, taking several tries to get it to unlock with the keys, even maintenance said it needed replacing.The gulf view is incredible! The pools, hot tubs, and pool areas are well maintained. The beach area is wonderful and well maintained. Caution though, there’s no beach access for those with limitations or who can’t climb stairs.

If I could give this property more stars, I would. We stayed there last week and loved it. The condo was perfect. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful. I have zero complaints (other than the kitchen couold use a few more spoons). I definitely recommend this condo for your next trip to Destin!

Beautiful Views

Beautiful views of beach from living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and master bathroom. Condo as described, no surprises. Layout of complex slightly confusing upon arrival, but easy to navigate after becoming familiar. Elevators are very fast and property is well maintained.

Beautiful resort

We were pleasantly surprised at house nice the grounds and beach was. Only problem I had was with the listing not explaining the beach rental process. We had no choice but to rent, we’re unable to bring chairs or awning we were told. 440.00 additional cost we didn’t know about. The place itself is really nice and we loved our stay there.

Spring Break on the beach!

We enjoyed our beachfront condo at Silver Beach. Our condo was very nice & clean. The Silver Beach complex is very clean & well maintained. We loved the pool & there was plenty of beach seating.

Condo review

As advertised, condo was clean and well appointed. I did not report the few things that needed attention. The balcony screesns are out of track and unable to close, also the screening is coming out. Also the handle in the kitchen sink is about to fall off.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view that was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. Wonderful accommodations and close to everything you would possibly need. The beach was clean and well maintained also! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

Nice place with beautiful ocean views

The online pictures don't do this place justice. It's actually a lot nicer than the pictures lead you to believe. Maybe it's the blue couches, which are actually very nice as well. The place feels new and luxury. Ocean views are incredible form the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. White sand beaches with crystal clear blue water. Reminded me of the Caribbean. Great location near restaurants, activities, shopping and supermarket.

Perfect Condo for a Family Vacation

This property was the perfect location for our family of 4. This was our first trip to the Destin area and we were very pleased with this property. The condo was very clean and looked exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the beach front location and the easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Family Vacay

The condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. It’s a beautiful unit with a fantastic gulf view. A couple of days we saw dolphins from the balcony. The balcony has the perfect amount of furniture and we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the views and the weather. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and utensils- everything you could need was provided. Two bedrooms had king size beds that were very comfortable and the rooms were really spacious - we never felt cramped. The tub in the Master Bedroom was awesome! The third bedroom has two twin beds and a good sized closet for that room. The living room furniture was nice and comfy. For us - and this is by no means a complaint - but having little ones in the group that try to squeeze through between the furniture to the kitchen, we thought it would be helpful to open up the living space area and make access around the living room furniture easier for everyone by just removing the end tables and having a smaller tv cabinet and center hassock. The room size for the dining/eating area is nice and having additional seating at the kitchen counter worked out great. There is a trash chute in the hallway outside the unit that makes taking out the trash very easy. Access to the unit from the parking garage (1 assigned spot and 1 unassigned) was simple and convenient and parking was never a problem during our stay. We loved our time there and would definitely love to stay again! Thank you!
