This lavish 2,727 sq. ft. 5-bedroom, 4-bath, 5th floor lockout condo sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably and is ideal for a family reunion or get together with a large group of friends.
As a lockout unit, you will enjoy two kitchens, 2 dining rooms and 2 living rooms. The open kitchens feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful backsplash, making the room complete. The first dining room has a table with 4 chairs and 4 barstools with a gorgeous chandelier that overhangs, the perfect backdrop for a fantastic meal or a night in. The 2nd dining room has a table with 6 chairs, 4 barstools, and an opulent chandelier. Luxury couches and sectionals adorn both living rooms, along with large flat screen TVs, beautiful lighting and a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The first Master bedroom is Gulf front and boasts a picturesque view with a window and door leading to the balcony. This bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, an en suite bathroom with vessel sinks, granite countertops and a whirlpool tub. The second Master bedroom is also Gulf front with a memorable view of the emerald waters. This bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, a magnificent en suite bathroom with double vessel sinks, granite counter tops and whirlpool tub. The third bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a modern vanity sink, granite countertops and a considerable amount of counter space. The fourth bedroom contains a queen bed, twin bunk-beds and a flat screen TV. The final bedroom provides a king bed and flat screen TV. A modular couch forms into a bed that can sleep two on the A side, and there are also two twin size pullout ottoman beds.
