This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bath modern coastal lockout condo consists of 2 connecting condos and provides sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people, plus brand new queen sleeper sofas that could comfortably sleep an additional two guests on each side of the unit.  Each side of this spacious lock out unit features an open living area with comfortable oversized sectionals and have marvelous views from the glass doors leading out to fully-furnished balconies.  The open living areas also include dining bar seating for 6 on the A side and for 4 on the B side and spacious kitchens with shaker cabinets, new stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counters.. When you rent 503 you get plenty of room for together time for the entire group, with plenty of room for privacy as well!  Perfect for family or friends traveling together.
The first Master bedroom located on the "A" side has a splendid view of the balcony and the beautiful Gulf waters with both the window and door leading outside. This room has a king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with white quartz counters, walk in shower with two shower heads, including an overhead "rain" head, and also includes a large soaking tub. The second Master bedroom, on the "B" side provides an excellent view through the sliding door to the balcony and has a beautiful king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with granite counters, and a large walk in shower.  The third bedroom has a queen size bed and an adjoining bathroom with ample room. The fourth bedroom also has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The fifth bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV.
