  • ¡Su grupo disfrutará de la piscina de 5 1/2 pies de profundidad, cristalina, climatizada (con cargo) y jacuzzi! ¡Verás este oasis protegido tan pronto como entres en la casa! Toda la pared trasera es de vidrio y da a la zona de la piscina, donde tiene lugar la diversión y la relajación bajo el sol. Justo afuera del área protegida hay una parrilla para preparar una comida sabrosa.
    Esta casa está impecable y se ha actualizado con nuevos muebles que encarnan un toque costero. El plan de piso abierto es espacioso, por lo que todos tienen espacio para extenderse. En el centro de la casa está la sala de estar con un gran sofá de cuero y sillones para descansar, dos comedores: uno para cuatro y otro para ocho. El bar tiene taburetes para sentarse mientras conversas con quien prepara la comida. La cocina está bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina nuevos.
    En un lado de la casa tiene dos dormitorios: el dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King, un televisor inteligente, un baño enorme con tocador doble, ducha doble y bañera de hidromasaje. El dormitorio delantero tiene una cama Queen y un televisor inteligente.
    El otro lado de la casa tiene una habitación King con un televisor inteligente que comparte el baño del pasillo con una ducha. La sala de literas para niños tiene una cama doble sobre una litera completa, un televisor inteligente y un baño contiguo. Esta casa también tiene un enorme garaje para dos autos y una sala de lavandería. Hay suficiente estacionamiento para cuatro autos.
    Destiny East es una comunidad cerrada junto a la playa y tiene excelentes comodidades para que su grupo disfrute, incluyendo una piscina comunitaria, gimnasio, canchas de tenis y baloncesto, teatro IMAX, parque infantil, área de parrillas al aire libre, putting green y en la piscina de tierra y spa centralmente ubicado cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento. The pool was set to 90 degrees but usually felt cooler. Host Jim was fantastic at replying to a couple small issues. House was very nice, we plan on coming back.

Beautiful home

This house had everything we needed and they were very helpful when I had trouble opening the door. The pool was our favorite part. The bedrooms were all very spacious and plenty of bathrooms for our family of five

Amazing!

Our family had such an amazing stay! The location is perfect it is nice and quiet but still so close to all activities available and the beaches are gorgeous!! The home was clean, gorgeous, and comfortable. Pool was excellent and made our stay so fun for the kids! Will definitely stay again next time we are in Destin!

We truly enjoyed the home. It was beatiful as advertised. Jackie was outstanding to deal with everything throughout our stay. We would do this again.

Very relaxing

This property was very nice and clean with everything you need while you are there. The pool and hot tub was amazing and the kids absolutely loved it. The house is very close to the beach and restaurants.

Good times

The home was very spacious and as described on the site, it was cleaned well and we had no issues with the home. We all enjoyed our stay and will come back to stay again.

Once we realized the option to have the pool heated was available, then we were okay with the pool. The weather was unseasonably cool. The pool was okay and "private" in terms of we were the only people to use it but . . not so "private" in that there is no fencing or hedging between the neighbor's pool areas. The host cannot help that it was Spring Break and that the neighboring pools were very loud with music and loud talking. The house was beautiful and probably was the best bed I've ever tried to sleep on away from home. The neighborhood is safe and nicely maintained. The house was very clean; the host assisted when there was an issue with the entry code. The laundry area seemed very nice; we were not there long enough to need the laundry and there was no "courtesy" detergent which is not a big deal. We loved the location but if we were to come to the area for an extended period of time with more people, we would likely not stay again due to the houses being so close to each other and lack of privacy.All said, we were there mostly for a family emergency and the house was beautiful and served our purposes as a place to come back and unwind. The choice of seafood restaurants was as I remembered when I grew up in the area.

Spring Break Family Vacation

Overall the stay was very nice and the house and pool were great and bonus to have your own private pool. The gated community was great with easy access to public beaches. The community pool and area was great for kids. The house itself could use a good deep cleaning and some repairs but still clean and worked well for us.

Summer vacation trip

Overall this location is amazing and easy access to the beach. The gate code gave us some trouble and we had to be given three different ones but the property manager was great about passing the information. Super clean location! Will definitely be checking availability every time we travel to Destin!

Holiday Stay

My granddaughter enjoyed the swimming pool. The kitchen was nice and roomy. The fireplace kept us nice and cozy. The property manager was a big help every time I needed him. The house was available to us earlier than expected. That helped me a ton!

The house is beautiful. It has everything you need for a home away from home. The pool was nice but wished the hot tub worked. The only issue I had was leftover party confetti and balloons popped q

Great location. Kids had a blast in the pool. Would suggestion cleaning the oven and grill, could use. Replace the sliding glass door to pool cause it’s a metal piece that u could cut your hand on. We had to use a towel to lock it not safe! Also had no clue about p

This house is beautiful! Pictures are very accurate. So close to the beach!

We rented this vacation home for a family vacation. It was perfect! Plenty of room for all of us! So close to the beach. Had everything we needed and more. They do have chairs and umbrellas and cornhole game. Also pool toys to use. We will definitely be back to beautiful Destin and would absolutely stay here again! Property management was so easy to work with and communication was excellent!

Sibling & spouse annual trip

We were very pleased with the beautiful home we rented, sparkling clean home, pool, hot tub & property. We had a few issues that were taken care of promptly by the maintenance dept. The management company was fair in dealing with these issues as well.

Girls Trip Birthday Celebration

We enjoyed the house, it was enough room for our party of 8 ladies. It would’ve been nice to have floaties for the pool, but we enjoyed it just as well. The house is beautiful and close to the beach, just a 6 minute walk, and close to shopping and restaurants too. The only downside we didn’t like was there weren’t enough supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, hand soap, or trash bags, which are basic essentials that we all agreed should be provided.
