Enjoy breathtaking gulf views from this 1 bedroom, 1 ½ bath condo in the low density, quiet Crystal Sands community. You can’t beat the condo’s central location on the second floor and proximity to the elevator. Included is a seasonally heated pool, outside showers, and private beach access with complimentary beach chair service (Mar-Oct). The balcony offers unbelievable views of the emerald water, white sand, historic Crystal Pier remains, and amazing sunrises and sunsets.
Recent updates to the casual, coastal décor include a new ceiling fan, leather ottoman, couch, swivel chair, and sisal rug to create a warm and welcoming feel. A 55” smart TV allows you to access your existing TV app subscriptions in addition to free cable.
The fully stocked kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. Stainless appliances, granite countertops, and tile backsplash complement the décor. A new table seats 4 in addition to 2 bar stools.
Bunks in the hallway alcove boast a fun, nautical theme. The master bedroom features a king size bed with comfortable, understated bedding, a new ceiling fan, and new 50” smart TV. The sofa in the living room converts to a queen bed and has a memory foam gel mattress for a more comfortable sleeping experience.
The Jack and Jill bathroom offers granite countertops on both vanities, a bathtub/shower combination with tile surround, and a full-size stacked washer and dryer.
Free wifi is provided along with USB charging outlets in the bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Throughout the condo, original art and decorative accents have been added.
For rainy days or evenings in, several board games, card games, puzzles, and books are available for your enjoyment.
Crystal Sands is located in Crystal Beach along Scenic Hwy 98 – away from the congestion of the main Hwy 98 – on a 5-mile stretch that provides sidewalks ideal for walking, running, and biking and some great restaurants within walking distance. A nice selection of grocery stores and restaurants, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, and numerous fun activities are all within 1-5 miles. Just over 5 miles away is the popular Destin Harbor.
The Crystal Sands is a smoke free resort.

Clean & well appointed condo right on the beach! Nicely decorated with all the basics, but nothing extra. Would be great to include a parking pass for late arrivals that don’t have access to a printer & a few little touches such as beach towels & coffee pods often provided by other condo owners. Otherwise, comfortable stay in the perfect location!

Donna’s rental was just perfect for our first visit to Destin. We were comfortable with the sleeping arrangements for 1 adult and 2 kids and the central shower with laundry and two separate bathrooms made it easy for all of us to get ready at the same time. The unit is so clean and updated and has a gorgeous ocean view. The quality of all of the dishes and pans made it possible for us to enjoy the same meals we prepare at home. The instructions were easy to follow. We definitely will be back!

Very Clean and Comfortable

The property was as advertised! The shower/tub was very clean, which is a BIG deal. The sleeper sofa was not like your usual "feel every spring and bar", it had a very comfortable padding on it. The master bed was also very comfortable. We had a great experience overall!

Beach trip for newly retired couple

Perfect beachfront location! Condo was exactly as shown. Great condo for us (retired couple) or would also work for a family with small children. Master bed slept great but den furniture was not quite as comfortable for us. A rocker/recliner would be great in the living area! We would book here again for sure!

Crystal Sands Condominium

The condo was very nice! Very clean. We felt like everything was there that we needed. It was so great to just walk out the boardwalk to the beach and the beach set ups were perfect! We really enjoyed the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Only exception was someone on a balcony near us was smoking constantly. ugh. We were a little surprised that the Orkin man came to spray the condo while we had it rented. Overall the condo was great!!! We would definitely book again!

Beautiful area and beach. Motel was underwhelming and dated. Host did not provide beach towels and very little in the way of paper products/supplies. Saw a cockroach on the first day in the place. Check-in was a headache as the codes given for the door and beach access were incorrect

Slice of Paradise

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in late May. The unit was well decorated, clean, quiet, comfortable, and in the perfect location to enjoy the beach, walk to a few restaurants, and see the charming neighborhood homes. We were able to totally relax. Due to this resort being a low-rise with only 3 stories, we didn’t feel overly crowded at the beach. However, I wish they would assign beach service umbrella's and chairs to each unit instead of having to grab a spot early each morning. Other than that, I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit. We’re already planning another visit!

The condo was perfect. It was well stocked, so clean and right on the beach. It was quiet and a fun place to spend New Years Eve. We had a great time on the beach and even saw dolphins! The sunset views were stunning. The old pier post were beautiful and added to the beautiful beach.

Great views

This was our first time staying ON the beach and it was so much more amazing than we thought it could be! Waking up and having breakfast and coffee as the waves flow back and forth! Great views from the balcony! The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. There were plenty of pots and pans for what we cooked and dinnerware! The towels were nice! And there were plenty! I would highly recommend this condo for a family of up to four-6 if you use the sleeper couch but it may be a bit crowded for that! We will return!

Wonderful Stay

The condo had a gorgeous view, well equipped and beautifully decorated! Our beach was private so not as busy as the others which was really nice. The beach itself was beautiful, the sand was amazing and the water clear. A previous review mentioned the beach shower noise but we didn't think it was an issue at all, we barely noticed it! Donna was wonderful and very responsive to any request which was great! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Nice unit except...

This is certainly an older property but in very good shape. There are lots of rules and regulations here. Probably the most annoying is that you are forced to sit in uncomfortable beach chairs that look like they were from the 1960s. You are not allowed to bring your own umbrellas and chairs to the beach. You can probably sneak some illegal chairs in but the beach bums are pretty rigid and enforce the rules. If you want an extra umbrella, it's 20 bucks a day.. All in all, for beachfront it was very nice however, for us, the biggest drawback was that the balcony was right over the communal shower where everyone washes off when they come back from the beach. It is a constant parade of people right underneath your balcony, often loud with screeching kids. It is non-stop until 11:00 p.m.. we were hoping for some privacy and some quiet time on the balcony overlooking the beach. If you are looking for that, pick a unit that is not near the communal shower. If you don't mind the ruckus then this unit is perfect for you. The owners were great and the check-in process was seamless. We have no complaints, just that the balcony was in the most unprivate area of the resort.
