Welcome to East 105, your breezy beachfront oasis nestled within the Silver Beach Towers Resort in Destin! Here's what you can expect during your stay at the beach:

- Enjoy convenient first-floor access to the resort's private beach, just steps from your patio.
- Experience the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing at your fingertips.
- Access the resort's fabulous amenities, including two beachfront pools and more.
- Resort only allows 2 cars for this unit, unit does have 2 assigned parking spots

Bedding Summary:
- Master bedroom: King bed.
- Guest bedroom: Queen bed.
- 2nd Guest bedroom: Full bed and twin over twin bunk bed.
- Living area: Queen sleeper sofa.

This beachy condo is complete with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The resort is doing work on all balcony stack from 2/1/25 to 8/13/25, there will be workers and scaffolds present during this time.

The place was beautiful! Plenty of space for all my family, decorated to give you that "stay on the beach" feel, the kitchen was fully stocked with items you need to cook, and the pool was right outside our patio gate. Could have done a better job with the cleaning a bit (all the doors to the drawers in the kitchen were sticky) - everything else was fabulous!

Wonderful Vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for small children as far as easy access to the pool and the beach. No dragging all of our pool/beach stuff up and down an elevator. The condo’s location was very convenient to grocery stores, gift shops and restaurants. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Breathtaking

I was a little skeptical about my stay because I’ve never used this service before. I had a hard time finding my room, but once I did find it, I was amazed. The view was awesome. Being on the first floor allowed a limited view of the beach, but I could still see and hear the peacefulness of the waves. The only con was the construction right outside our window during the early morning hours. I was notified about the construction during booking though. I give it 5 stars.
