We arrived and the Home we had reserved had a roof that was leaking significantly. We contacted our host and they got us all set up in a different house. It was clean, close to the beach and we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend and would definitely rent a home from them again.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and the kitchen is well stocked. There is plenty of space for together time and also enough room for privacy.It is conveniently located near the pool/playground, which made going back and forth throughout the day easy for the children.Our hostess, Renda, was spot on and presented us with a warm welcome when we arrived. My grandchildren can’t wait to return. We found our perfect spot.

Kitchen has more than you could use and we did enjoy the pool a couple of days while there. Everything was wonderful as this was our second stay at the same house back to back years. Hopefully that tells everyone how we enjoyed the house. Very relaxing and easy to get to the beach walking or driving, with the pool just a blocks walk from house. As it shows we would stay here again.

A great location for your next family stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great place to stay. Close to everything in Destin in a quiet gated community. Ensure you take advantage of the community center. Our group of 10 swam and then watched Sandlot and loved the experience. We did unfortunately experience one issue, where the toilet across of the laundry room was not bolted to the ground and so it easily moved when in use, so halfway through our trip we stopped using it so it wouldn't leak. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location!

The property was great, Beautiful and clean. The grill and Lenai could of used some cleaning and it would of been helpful to be able to use the golf cart.

Florida Family Trip

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO! Great location, the golf cart rental is a must. So easy to drive to the beach and park it. Renda was fast to answer any questions we had and was very welcoming and friendly. I would book this one again.

Awesome week in Destin!!

Had an awesome time in Destin!! We come every year and this house is at the top of our list! It had everything we needed, in the perfect location, and the perfect host (Renda)!! We took the golf cart out around the area, and we are sooo glad we made the decision to rent it!! It was a great time, and can’t wait to come back!!!

Absolutely Perfect!

What a perfect home for our vacation! Clean and in a great location! The bunk room was perfect for the 5 teens boys. The kitchen had everything we needed even a crock pot! Short walk to the beach and several restaurants!! We absolutely will be back!! Renda is an amazing host and very accessible!!

Friend reunion

We met up with our friends here. They have two teens, we have two kids (11 & 7). The home was beautiful, comfortable and had a great area to hang out with a big group. The neighborhood has a lot to offer. We loved the pool and pickle ball/tennis courts. The beach is also close by and very nice!

We had such a great time staying at this Destin gem! With 8 of us (my wife, three sons, parents, and sister), the house gave us all the space we needed to relax and recharge. The layout is open and family-friendly, and you can’t beat the location — just a quick drive to the beach and a short stroll to the pool. My boys were thrilled with the stash of beach toys, which made every day at the water even more fun. My parents were big fans of the enclosed patio — perfect for evening chats without worrying about mosquitoes. A huge shout-out to Renda, the property owner, who was incredibly responsive and kind throughout the whole process. This place felt like home, and we’re already talking about making it our go-to summer spot for years to come!

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful and very comfortable for 12 people. We did have three families and three vehicles so we had to park one vehicle in a parking lot outside of the neighborhood because there is a two vehicle limit in the driveway and no parking on the street between 12am-5am. The pool was only a block away and the beach was a 10-12 minute walk. Overall the house provided everything we needed and we enjoyed our week long stay.

Great property

This was an excellent choice for a week in Destin. Although there were just a couple of us, this home could easily accommodate 12 people. Ample bedroom space, large dining table. No access to garage therefore the trash cans were a bit inconvenient but not a huge issue. The golf cart made trips to the beach easy and was useful. 4 beach chairs were available to use as well. Overall nice property, pretty home and felt spacious. The community amenities were nice. Clean, safe neighborhood. Would definitely book again if returning to Destin.
