In full disclosure the property management company refunded our entire rental due to the state of the unit and we found a different property to rent. We were given the option for an early check-in after cleaners and inspector had been on property. Once we paid the early check-in we realized the state of the unit. Floors and baseboards were dirty, the furniture was covered in stains and slipcovers should’ve been washed (couldn’t sit let alone sleep on furniture). There were dirty dishes in the cupboards. The listing was not as pictured. The furniture was different and not able to be slept on, the windows needed to be replaced and were not able to see through two of them (could not be washed, broken). Curtain on main floor was ripped, washing machine handle broke when we tried to open. The cleaners were called back and stayed 7 minutes. This house if pictured would be an amazing property but needs some attention. Thankful for the prompt responses of the property management and VRBO in helping us get a full refund.
