Cozy Condo at Sandpiper Cove/ pool and golf view

Updated Condo in Sandpiper Cove, which is a guard gated 43 acre resort with 1100 feet of private beach. We have stocked it as our second home and are excited to share it with you. This upper unit overlooks the 9th hole of the FREE 9 hole par 3 golf course, and one of the 5 swimming pools. We have tried to add everything we could think of to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. From the new (2024) King bed in the private bedroom, a new (2022) very upgraded queen sofa mattress and there is a washer and dryer inside the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes/ utensils and appliances. There is an icemaker in the refrigerator and also filtered water on the sink. The outside closet is full of beach/ tennis and golf items for your use. Including a wagon to tote it all to the beach. On each window you have the option of closing the black out curtains or have all of the beautiful Destin sunlight coming in that you could want. The deck offers a table and chairs for that morning coffee or evening night cap. Plenty of storage areas to unpack and make yourself at home. This is a no pet, smoking or vaping unit.

Please note: limited basic soaps and toilet paper are available, however, you may need more. Please bring your own beach towels, the unit does not supply beach towels.

Please note that our unit is located toward the back part of the golf course, which will make it a bit longer walk to the beach. If you choose to drive there is gated parking at the beach entrance.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. It was clean and the owner provides a beach cart & chairs if you need them. They also had two sets of golf clubs to use at the 9 hole course on the grounds. We would recommend staying here to anyone.

Perfect getaway with great amenities

We absolutely loved our stay at Sandpiper cove for my husband’s birthday! He loves golf so he loved the golf course on the property. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach with private parking/beach access for those staying at Sandpiper cove and a beach bar that serves great food and drinks with live music. We also loved the hot tubs on the property. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and updated, and had everything we needed. We definitely want to come back in the future!

Very special place to stay.

We celebrated our ten year anniversary here and had a really great time. There are so many things to do, and this is such a great place to have as a home base while doing it. This place was very clean, property was very well maintained pools very clean. The atmosphere here is great with the mini golf course and tropical vibe.

Nice spring break getaway

I took my daughter to Destin for spring break. The condo was exactly as advertised; nicely updated and very clean. Sandpiper Cove is a nice complex. We played the par 3 golf course 4 times during our stay and swam in the pool just outside of the unit. The unit is in the back of the complex, so the walk to the beach was about a 5-10 minute walk. We did that once, then found it easier to drive and park in the provided lot since we had chairs and umbrellas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Cozy Condo at Sand Piper

We had a wonderful vacation at Destin! The cozy condo was exactly as described and cute as it appeared online! We enjoyed the white sand and blue water of the Gulf of Mexico while sitting in the provided beach chairs as well as enjoying basking in the sun by a heated pool! The condo campus security was an added feature also! It was a smooth check in and out process too! Definitely recommend the Cozy Condo if you are going to Destin!

Girl's trip

We have been to Destin a couple of times. This time we decided to stay closer to the harbor and make it girls only instead of the whole family. The size of the unit was great. It was just what we needed for a short stay. The unit was super clean and had many features that made it special and functional, such as the beach closet, the washer and dryer, and simple things like a blow dryer in the bathroom. The condo is on the side furthest from the beach, but it was a short walk to the private beach. The beach had restrooms and a restaurant, which enabled us to stay at the beach for as long as we wanted each day. There many restaurants in close driving distance, and Destin Harbor with all if activities was five minutes away. Lisa was fabulous to work with! Overall a great experience!

Cute condo at Sandpiper Cove

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean with a spacious bathroom, and everything we needed. Enjoyed sitting on balcony overlooking golf course and pool. We plan to stay here again next year!
