    La sala de estar de concepto abierto está alicatada y contiene muebles cómodos y mullidos y un televisor de pantalla plana. El balcón frente al Golfo está amueblado perfectamente para entretener y admirar las impresionantes vistas. La zona de comedor y la barra de desayuno se encuentran junto a la sala de estar y tienen capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente. Hay ventanas de pared a pared, de piso a techo y ventanas corredizas de vidrio que brindan hermosas vistas sin importar dónde se encuentre.

    El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King y TV de pantalla plana, un gran armario, su propia entrada al balcón frente al Golfo. El baño principal está equipado con un tocador doble, bañera de hidromasaje y cabina de ducha con azulejos.

    El primer dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama Queen, TV de pantalla plana y baño privado con combinación de bañera y ducha. El segundo dormitorio de invitados también cuenta con una cama Queen y un televisor de pantalla plana. Un baño de visitas está convenientemente ubicado a las afueras de esta habitación, aunque aún es accesible a la sala de estar principal, e incluye una ducha a ras de suelo con azulejos. We loved staying here. Great location with a beautiful view from the deck. Very close to the elevator and room was not around other rooms. Would stay here again.

Just wonderful!

Destin is a great place and this property is amazing. We always stay in this building and using Compass Resort to book was SOOOO easy!! Great place to stay and would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the unit wonderfully laid out. The only complaint are the mattresses. They were quite uncomfortable and need replacing.

Beautiful property. Condo was clean and very comfortable with 3 bedroom and 3 baths. Gorgeous view of the Gulf from private balcony. Great spot to see dolphins. Silver Beach Towers is a beautiful property with a great location. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and the Tip Sea Turtle was a fun bonus poolside. Clean & well maintained. Communication with Compass Resorts was top-notch! Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location for Play & Relaxation

This Accomodation ticks all the boxes, perfect location, perfect view, great space, as well as clean and tidy. I can't say enough good things about this property! Our family enjoyed every second we were there. The only thing that would it made it better is if we stayed longer or never left.

Host was great. Answered questions fast. The view was beautiful. The condo itself could use some updating. New couches, some kitchen utensils, mattresses were a bit Uncomfortable.

Great Getaway!

We had a wonderful vacation! Found the property location to be convenient to groceries, dining and everything we needed. The property was very clean and access to and from the beach was ideal. Loved the pool and Tipsy Turtle! Chair service was easy and an added luxury. The elevators ran quickly and the parking garage was an added bonus. Staff on the property were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. We will stay here again!

Beautiful ocean view

The condo was very nice and clean. The ocean view was amazing. We saw dolphins a couple times from the shore. The pools and hot tubs were great. Close to lots of great restaurants and activities. We would definitely come back. Easy to keep a 4 yr old occupied.

Very nice and clean. Construction was going on during our stay but did not impact us. Walking distance to most restaurants. Would recommend an area for them to hold luggage while waiting for unit to be cleaned. I would definitely go back!

Wonderful beachfront accommodations

Our trip got off to a great start when we were able to check in a few hours early, which made things so much easier since we arrived around noon. Everything was extremely clean and well taken care of, and the property management was extremely easy to get in touch with, if we needed anything or had any requests. Great view of the water from the 16th floor, and beach access couldn't have been any easier.

Great experience. Beautiful spot.

The property was very clean and felt very secure. Lots of space for our family of four. We each had a bedroom and a bathroom. Beach was beautiful. There is a traffic light immediately out front of the entrance so leaving to sightsee was much easier because traffic was heavy at times. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Destin Beach

Property very clean and very well laid out. Great for our grown kids and ourselves. 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms was very nice. Beautiful view from living room and balcony and Master. Kitchen well-stocked for cooking for a large group. We ate in, mostly. I was worried being on the 16th floor that the elevator would be slow, but it was very fast and very convenient to get to the car in the garage and to the beach. Building seemed very well laid out also. We would definitely go back!

August beach stay

The condo was overall very nice and plenty of room. It was also very clean. I would highly suggest they replace the dishwasher, it is awful. We just washed all dishes by hand. The front door lock is a little difficult and would be much easier to maneuver if it was an electronic code or keypad. Check in and out process was very smooth.

AWESOME VIEW

My family and I visited last month (October 2022). The check-in process was easy. I called several times with questions before we arrived because I have never used Vrbo before. There was always a nice, helpful person available to answer my questions. The view is amazing. It was so quiet and relaxing. I look forward to visiting this same property at the beginning of the year. Thank you for allowing my family the opportunity to enjoy your property. Also, this property is very close to shopping and restaurants, some are in walking distance. For future visitors....You will not be disappointed with this property!!!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family trip was wonderful. The property was exceptional and convenient. The resort was beautiful and the guest portal helped with a lot of our getting around the area and where to go. Definatly look foward to returning in the future.
