  • "Newly remodeled" Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath 3rd floor condo located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your spacious 30 Ft private balcony with spectacular beachfront views.

    Complimentary WIFI
    Master bedroom king size bed-1; cable Smart TV; blackout drapes;
    Remodeled master bathroom: walk-in shower.
    Second bedroom features 2 Queen beds, day bed with a trundle; Smart TV;
    Remodeled second bathroom: bathtub/shower combination, single vanity
    Third bedroom features queen size bed.
    Living room has cable TV. Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances. coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished.

    (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella)-(Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

    Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
    100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
    50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
    No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
    We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

    No Pets Allowed
    No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
    Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.

    Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.
    Minimum age of primary renter: 25
    Check-in:4 pm central time
    Checkout:10 am central time

I’ve been in Destin every summer for the past 34 years and this was one of the best places I’ve stayed. Clean, roomy and so close to the beach and pool. The balcony was also amazing!! The gated community made me feel safe and the staff that we met this week were so friendly. Check in and Check out was so easy. Our family of 8 had a ball and we are making plans to stay here again next summer. 5 stars

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family! We had plenty of room and it was a beautiful place! Very convenient for everything! This condo was very clean, and communication was wonderful. However, they need more bowls to put stuff in and they need non stick cookware. Other than that, we had no issues whatsoever!!!

Clean room, beautiful view, disappointed in the fact there was no sunrise or sunset, and that nobody mentioned it. Front door was very dirty and rough looking. Had issues with hot water and the lack of. Took forever to reach showers, kitchen sink, etc. Place was recently remodeled and clean and quiet. Only two chairs are set up for your rental, so if you are bringing multiple people, each additional chair will cost you. Centrally located and easy access of things.

RELAXING

The place was very relaxing, a great location and I didn't want to leave. Access to the beach was easy and perfect. I would definitely stay there again. But, I did need an ironing board. :)

We loved every minute! My husband and i took my parents . Dad agec82 / moms age 76. They had the best time. It was close enough to get to the pool for them with the walkers. They also spent all day on the balcony. Very relaxing.My husband and i had a great day at the beach, and the pool. All restaurants were close. Ty for the togo menu. Fyi the gulfarium has free wheelchairs !!!! Extra plus for us.

The microwave above the stove didn't work but we found they had supplied one on the counter by the wet bar. Beach supplies were provided (towels and toys). Check in went very smooth. Location was great. Sat on the porch a lot after going to the beach.

Exceeded my already high expectations

Our party of 5 extended family members, all of us long term Destin visitors, some of us pre hurricane Opel, could not have been more impressed. The condominium was immaculate! As nice as the photographs in the listing appear, the unit is even more beautiful, and it is perfectly maintained throughout. Carolyn was very helpful when our itinerary changed a few weeks before our travel date and Erica made sure that we had everything we needed for afterhours check in. Thanks to both of you! We would definitely choose this property for a return visit.

Clean beachfront condo

Our family of four was comfortable in this clean, well stocked beachfront condo. We had all the comforts of home other than beach towels/laundry soap/food/beverages! The owners have a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a great view of the beach from both the master bedroom and the living area. We utilized the cooler, boogie boards, sand toys, floats, tents, and additional beach chairs to the umbrella/beach chair service. The condo was a bit musty smelling upon arrival (but eventually aired out with coming and going’s) but I do expect that with the climate and turnover. We were overall pleased with this last minute get away and would stay there again! TY

In town for Family Wedding

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were in town for family wedding. We had 2 couples and 3 kids so the room layout was perfect. We wanted to be on the beach instead of hotel where the rest of the wedding guests were. Our only complaints were the AC never seemed to run or keep even though we had it on. End of december and it was 73 inside even though we had it set for 68. Maybe they were disabled for the winter, not sure. Also, the beds were really broken down. You can physically see the dips with the bed bmade.. t

Inside decor and available supplies - clean and provided what we needed for preparing meals. very goodTV service - the Master bedroom tv stopped working on day 2 with no resolution and no desire to fix. Where were the instructions to operate the tv? The towels looked and felt like cleaning cloths. They were very rough and very dingyThe balcony furniture from the picture is definitely a false advertisement. We furniture pillows are in desperate need of replacement. The owners should really be ashamed of the worn-out torn cushions. I was embarrassed.all the closets' doors were locked, and our friends had nowhere to hang cloths.We pay lots of money to stay at these facilities and I believe you should remove pictures that do not reflect a good impression. We stay because of your advertisement, and anything less is false. Your advertisement advice to purchase damage insurance but you already have torn up furniture. I cannot recommend staying here in the future.
