The space:

The condo is located in the Terrace building which is one of the two buildings in the sought-after Pelican Beach Resort. Guests will have access to all the amenities of the Pelican Beach Resort. The private beach is a couple of minutes walk on a private walkway within the resort. The condo has a lake view. This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is a spacious and comfortable living space, perfect for families or groups of friends. The unit features three bedrooms, each with its own unique sleeping arrangement to accommodate various needs and preferences.

The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized memory foam mattress and an attached bathroom, providing guests with privacy and convenience. The master bedroom also has a sliding door that takes you to a spacious balcony.

The second bedroom features a cozy queen-sized memory foam mattress, and an adjoining door to the second bathroom. The room is thoughtfully designed with a calming color scheme that creates a serene atmosphere.

The third bedroom is perfect for kids or groups of friends, with a twin over full bunk bed that can comfortably sleep up to three people. The room is equipped with plenty of storage space!

The living room is a comfortable gathering space for guests to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area. The living room features a large flat-screen TV with cable, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The room is also furnished with a comfortable queen-sized sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for larger groups.

The living room has access to a private spacious balcony that offers beautiful views of the lake, pool, and stunning sunsets. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or watch the sunset in the evening.

The living room is designed with an open concept layout, allowing guests to easily flow between the living room, kitchen, and dining area.

The full kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, perfect for preparing meals at home. The dining area features a large table that comfortably seats six, making it the ideal space for enjoying a home-cooked meal or gathering for family game night.

The condo is equipped with a full-size washer & dryer for all your cleaning needs.
A doorbell security camera is installed at the entrance.

A welcome basket is provided upon check-in which includes candy, popcorn, and 2 k-cups. Starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent, make-up wipes, hand sanitizer, tooth paste, tooth brushes, razors, and suntan lotion are provided. Additionally, extra linens, blankets, pillows, beach toys and beach towels are provided. We even provide a few board games, books, movies, gaming system for the kids in the kids room.

Overall, this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo offers a perfect balance of comfort and convenience, with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area.

Nice Location

This place looked exactly like the pictures! Very clean and well kept. The ice machine was spotty and there was a water leak from the freezer. The dishwasher also had a sour smell, so I hand washed the dishes. When you rent, also consider brining your own paper towels and toilet tissue. Those were the only issues and to be honest, that’s minor. They provided pool toys and beach towels. Quick response from hosts with easy check in and check out. We would love to return.

Very Nice Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is in a great location, very clean & although it is not directly on the beach, it does have a beautiful view. The unit was very well furnished with everything we needed for the weekend. It was so nice to sit & catch with friends on the large balcony. It was too cold for the pool but we did enjoy the hot tub. Great overall experience!

Great unit close to beach

Enjoyed the more private pool and hot tub right outside our building. Walk to beach is through 2 parking lots and past the main pool. Not far at all. Parking was convenient and not full. Check in was easy.

Family vacation

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean everything we needed and more for a family of 7. Came with beach towels and beach supplies which were a plus. The only issue we had was the master shower being clogged. The host was very responsive and got it fixed same day. Check in and check out was smooth. 5 min walk to the beach. Will stay again!

We were told the condo was beach front. It was not. The ice maker didn't work, the dryer took about 4 hours to dry a small load of clothes. The rug in the master bedroom had a horrible odor. The cookware was disgusting- dirty and rusted. Then to top it iff, we came home with bed bugs. We will never go through VRBO again. Paid a lot for the condo and the owner didn't seem to care and denied any issues. We were also told there was an indoor and outdoor pool.....no indoor pool was ever found. We were very unhappy. Could not even see the beach.

Great Stay

We enjoyed staying here very much. The place was clean and well stocked with basic essentials. The owner/agent was very helpful and nice. The only thing I would change is maybe a couple of the pictures of the place. The pictures online led me to believe I was staying on the beach. Instead we had about a 5/6 min walk to get to the beach. It wasn’t bad just cumbersome with our beach gear. Luckily we had borrowed a wagon to help carry our stuff. But the pool at our place was great. So we were in it most of the time. Overall a great stay.

Summer Vacay June 11-17, 2023

This property truly is in the heart of Destin! Exactly where we wanted to be since our college age kids aren’t old enough to drive the rental car. They were able to walk to places they wanted to go in the evenings. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need to make you feel like you have all the comforts of home. It is very tastefully decorated as well. The owner is extremely prompt in communication. We are only a family of 4 but it would easily accommodate a group of 6-8. We even enjoyed playing some games that the owner has on site one rainy evening. Highly recommend!

Condo right in the heart of Destin!

You definitely cannot beat the location of this condo! The communication was great with our host. Directly across the street from Big Kahunas Waterpark, although it was not opened for the summer yet. The condo was clean and the master bedroom bed was comfortable. The main pool, located closer to the beach, was nice with a tiki bar which had drinks and food that were great.

beautiful condo!

The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Security at the entrance to the property is very strict so have your confirmation handy. There was construction noise while lying on the beach but this could not be helped or addressed by owner. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend!
