Beginning in December - March, there will be ongoing construction on property. During this period, the upper parking garage, tennis/pickleball courts and EV chargers cannot be accessed. Covered parking garage may also be closed in sections for minor repairs and safety.

It's all about that view at this beautifully updated, oceanfront condo. Step right out to your third-floor balcony to begin enjoying it immediately - with a quick stop in the sleek, full kitchen for frosty beverage to take with you. With the sandy shore and Gulf waters right at your doorstep, plus an oceanfront pool, hot tub, and gym, you may not venture far, but if you want to explore, it's an easy drive to restaurants, shops, state parks, mini-golf, and more.
Inside the condo, you'll find beautiful blue and green decor reflecting the waters outside your double French balcony doors. New flooring, fixtures, and furniture imbue the space with that vacation vibe and offer all the comforts of home. The chef will love the full suite of stainless steel appliances, and you can all dine together at the adjacent table. At the end of a fun day, relax in the central AC while you watch a little TV. Tuck the littles into the fun hallway bunks, then step back outside to your balcony to toast your good luck at booking the perfect beach escape.

Perfect location!

Check in was a breeze. Plenty of good parking. The elevators are a nightmare. Of the 5 that I saw, only 2 were ever working at once so it took forever to catch a ride on one that wasn’t full. I waited over 20 minutes with our bags on the dolly waiting for an empty enough elevator to squeeze onto. Me and my girlfriend both slept terrible on the bed and the pillows are cheap. But outside of those 3 things, it was amazing! 3 pools and big hot tubs. Tiki bar with drinks and food. Right on the beach. The condo was spacious. Our daughter loved the bunk bed in the hallway (cut into the wall). Plenty of stuff in the kitchen for use. We didn’t think to bring any Tupperware so make sure you bring that. The host was great and responsive. There was a minor issue on the first day and the host had someone out within the hour to fix it. We would definitely come back.

Everything about this trip was easy. The location was perfect in relation to everything in Destin, but the location of this specific condo was also great. I hope to stay here again next year!

Overall experience

The condo itself was clean, the location was fine, and the host was very responsive—which we appreciated. However, there were several disappointments that affected our overall experience. When we arrived, we discovered there was a coffee pot but no coffee filters, which was frustrating as I was really looking forward to my morning coffee. We had to use a paper towel as a makeshift filter. There were also no basic seasonings in the kitchen—not even salt and pepper—so definitely bring all your own supplies.We were especially disappointed with the Pelican Resort. It was extremely overcrowded and stressful. The beach umbrella situation alone felt chaotic, and one afternoon when a storm rolled in, my children and I were trying to get back to the condo but were nearly trampled by the mass of people rushing in from the beach. It genuinely felt unsafe with how packed and frantic it got. Destin in general has become so crowded—it felt more like a theme park than a relaxing beach getaway.If you’re looking for a quieter, more laid-back vacation, this might not be the best fit. That said, the condo itself was as described and the host was great.

Great location

Love the tiki bar and the cafe. The food was awesome and the drinks were refreshing. The room was convenient and had what we needed. I only gave 4 stars on cleaning because the shower door was dirty in hall bath not a big deal though. Also i would suggest higher chairs on balcony to see the view better. Great place though!

Lovely location. Decent property. Not the best guest experience.

Read the fine print because you are going to get exactly what you pay for and no more. Communication from this host is very delayed and robotic. The property location is amazing, just steps from the beach. Inside the unit was OK. Some of the furniture needs to be deep cleaned. But overall, it was a very nice accommodation for our spring break. I would not recommend this unit for more than a family of four with two small children as there is only one bedroom and the bunkbeds are in the hallway. But it was cute enough and the couch bed in the living room, made it cozy for a movie night with our family.The biggest downside is the check-in and checkout times. You can’t get into the property but they mandate that you be out at 10 AM with zero flexibility. As if that wasn’t already tough enough, the cleaning crew showed up at 9:40 AM and started knocking on the door and hovering over us to get in to clean the unit. I tried contacting the owners prior to them arriving and during with no response. That nearly ruined our entire experience as we were already rushing to get up and out with a family of 4 x 10 AM. Overall, I would rent from this location again, but not sure if I would choose this unit with these parameters.

Great stay

We loved our stay! The condo was as described. The location right on the beach was great. The only negative and it’s not a big deal but my son was too tall to sleep in the bunk beds so used the pull out coach and there was no sheets, etc. which would have been nice. Overall would definitely love to stay again.

Disappointed

The only positive is the view of the ocean. Pullout mattress was stained horribly and there was no replacement option. Hall bathroom shower was only luke warm and response time with host is very delayed.

Pictures and amenities were accurate. Nice place. Umbrella and beach chairs cost extra, really the only surprise. Would be nicer if they were included. Would stay here again.

Clean with beautiful ocean view

This condo was very clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. 3rd floor was great, so we could utilize the stairs. The chair rental service on the beach is a separate entity, but didn’t affect us much, because we enjoyed the beach later in the afternoon and into the evening after the chairs were put away. Communication was great with the management company, we were able to get into the room early for our stay. The pools were crowded, but manageable and the tiki bar and cafe were yummy! We enjoyed our week!

Pretty beach, that’s about it.

Property felt old and not as nice as photos especially for the high price we paid. It was 4th of July week so everything was over crowded and dirty. The chair/umbrella situation on the beach was ridiculous. We were there for over a week and could only enjoy the beach after 4:00 unless we paid $500 to be in the last row of the umbrellas. We will never return to Destin.

Perfect Room - Horrible Beach Access

This particular condo is super clean, beautifully updated, and very comfortable!! Kitchen had everything we needed, the view was superb, everything worked perfectly! The location in Destin is also very convenient to all our favorite spots! The only drawback is that this resort has too many rooms for the small amount of beach property. We tried to reserve umbrellas for our whole stay when we arrived on our first day 6 hours before check in time and they were already giving out 4th row chairs for the whole weekend. Meaning we could pay $50/day to have a view of a million umbrellas. We couldn't even see the water. No personal umbrellas or chairs are allowed except behind the HOA's umbrellas. I took a chair down to watch my children play in the water and security came up saying I'm not allowed to do that, but she'd give me an hour. For this reason, we won't return here - the beach is what we pay so much money for!

Just as advertised!

Such a great location! 3rd floor was perfect for an ocean view with minimal time spent on an elevator. The kids loved the bunk beds. Having 2 bathrooms was a must with a 4 person family. We felt like we had a home away from home. My only suggestions would be to get a trash can that the lid stays on, leave Windex for us to clean little handprints off the big mirror, and provide 1-2 more suitcase holders.

Great!

This condo was one of the best looking and best stocked with essentials more than any other condo I’ve ever stayed in while visiting Destin. It was immaculate and the view was amazing! I absolutely recommend this place to everyone! The only drawback I had was the fact that beach chair service was not provided. I was extremely disappointed because we were not able to even stay on the beach. And for the price I paid for this place it should have been included. Most of the chairs are reserved well in advance and nothing was ever available. There was also very limited space where we could set up our chairs that we brought and it was not even close to the water so we had to pack our beach stuff and go to another beach to get even be able to enjoy and have a beach day. This was extremely difficult and frustrating especially since we had a 4yr old with us. I also had no information and no way of knowing how the process worked or what the rules were for renting chairs. Any other place I’ve ever been we’ve always put our stuff in the chairs and someone would come around to take our money and names. It wasn’t like that here but there is also no information at all stating how to go about renting the chairs. Other than that everything was great about the condo.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location, the pools, the beach, tiki bar, the chair service and the beach were awesome. The unit had most everything we needed, we're not picky. The beach is the most important part. If I had to pick one thing to change it would be to upgrade the balcony furniture. Maybe a small table for our morning coffee and more comfortable chairs. But that's it. We'll definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks again.

Fun getaway!

We really enjoyed staying here. Super cute condo and so convenient to walk to the beach! Only thing to note is old towels that were left in the spare shower from someone else’s stay! Overall we loved it. Hope to stay here again if we come back to Destin soon!
