Beautiful ST 3054 w/Private Enclosed Balcony

  • Shoreline Towers will be undergoing a complex wide waterproofing project beginning September 14th until April 23rd. This work will impact certain buildings at a time but there will be scaffolding, construction workers, and construction materials onsite during this time frame. Due to the scope of the project loud noise may be possible as well as dust. Currently, this project is not projected to impact any beach access.

    Beautifully remodeled two bedroom, two bath beach view vacation rental. This unit has all the comforts of home and more. Spacious open kitchen with everything you need for cooking and making that special meal. Living room has plenty of seating and large flat screen tv for watching your favorite shows and games. Dining has seating for six and is very comfortable. Master bedroom has a king bed and large bath with walk in shower. Guest bedroom has two queen size beds.

    Unit 3054 includes an enclosed balcony with large windows, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor feel with added insulation and noise reduction. The enclosed cozy balcony is perfect for relaxing in any weather without sacrificing the view.

    You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

    Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

The property was nicely decorated and fully furnished with REAL furniture, not a cheap, thrown together setup as with other places we’ve rented in the past. The condo was very clean and neat. We were very comfortable during our stay. Also, beach service was setup everyday for us after our initial check-in. The only thing missing was an outdoor balcony. The sun porch was really nice with a TV and furniture for relaxing, but I missed being able to sit outside at night and listen to the waves. It’s such a nice condo! Especially if you don’t require a balcony while on vacation. Definitely a nice place to stay!

Everything was it was advertised to be. It was very nice. Had all the amenities everything function. Well beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nicely start with cookware and anything you need to prepare a meal. The washer and dryer came in handy to keep things tidy Short walk to the beach umbrella and two chairs come with the property daily. One thing I wish we would've known about the rental of the umbrella and chairs and how they were going to be placed in order on the Beach front row second row third row. When you have Littles if you're on the back row, it's difficult to keep your eyes on them. I would like to suggest maybe the host put in the rental of umbrella and chairs and placement on the first row when the condo is booked we did not discover you needed to do that until the second or third day. We were there the only negative and it was minor was we had to stager our showers due to the hot water ran out fairly quickly if more than one person showered. I was very happy to find this condo that had the balcony enclosed into a sunroom since we did have very small children and I was very concerned about an accident happening all in all I would recommend this highly to anyone wanting to book this condo, you would not regret it.
