  • ¡Una hermosa vista sin obstáculos frente al mar puede ser tuya desde tu propio balcón privado y condominio en las playas más hermosas de Florida! ¡Relájate en tu cómoda y cómoda tumbona con balcón y disfruta de maravillosas puestas de sol!

    Nuestro condominio ha sido recientemente decorado profesionalmente con muebles de buen gusto y confortables. Estamos ubicados en el noveno piso, directamente frente a la playa. El complejo cuenta con un bar Tiki con vista a la playa, una piscina climatizada interior / exterior, una piscina para bebés, una gran piscina exterior con cascada.

    Jacuzzi con vista a la playa, alquiler de sombrillas y sillas de playa, parrillas para barbacoa con vista a las piscinas, gimnasio con sala de vapor y sauna (sin cargo), y las playas de arena blanca y agua verde esmeralda más hermosas del país.

    La piscina, el jacuzzi y el gimnasio en la terraza también están disponibles para su uso. La piscina tiene pleno sol todo el día, y el jacuzzi está conectado a la piscina y se calienta durante todo el año. Lo sentimos, no se permiten mascotas en el resort

    Nuestra unidad recibió la calificación más alta posible y cuenta con un cómodo dormitorio principal de tamaño king y baño privado, área de literas en el pasillo con un baño completo adicional y un sofá cama doble, una cómoda silla en la sala de estar. El balcón cuenta con cómodas tumbonas. La ubicación siempre es clave y el Pelican Beach Resort está muy bien ubicado.

    El condominio está justo al otro lado de la calle del parque acuático Big Kahuna, muy cerca de tiendas y numerosos restaurantes excelentes, así como muchas otras actividades de resort. Este condominio recientemente remodelado es un gran valor justo en el corazón de Destin. Consulte nuestro calendario para toda la disponibilidad actual.

Very Clean but dated bathrooms and some furniture. Great location beautiful oceanfront. Easy and fast check in and out. Surrounded by all of the attractions, restaurants and shopping. Easy parking. Will stay again.

Great room, good location, beautiful view. The room was clean and well stocked to meet our needs. Pelican is always my go to and will continue to be our favorite Destin destination.

Gorgeous ocean view. I love to go out there and relax and drink my coffee. Only down fall is no washer and dryer in condo. We came for our wedding amazing time!would recommend!

Too many rules made you sit 6 rows back from water the room was in bad need of refurbishing the bathrooms were tiny and ceiling falling in master shower old and outdated had to walk a mile to parking lot very disappointed

The condo was very nice. It was very clean and no problems with anything in it. The deck furniture left a bit to be desired since the tabletop was broken and a bit dirty looking. The view was fantastic!! We will use your facility again.

The pictures honestly don't do this condo justice. It was immaculately cleaned. The views were great. There was a tin of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen came well equipped with everything you need. The resort itself was amazing. The heated pool was a great perk. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy - clean - beach front easy access with an AMAZING VIEW - pools easy access , but being able to hop right into the ocean is top tier. Loved it. Spacious! No fast food chains nearby - but the restuarants offered are nice. Parking is bad after 5:45pm... so try to get settled in as early as possible.

What an amazing time! Everything from start to finish was practically effortless. The communication was outstanding; every time I reached out to the host (before we arrived), I got a response within an hour or two. That's fantastic! The location was amazing. The view was to die for. The employees at the resort were so courteous and accommodating. The only bad thing is, my wife won't stop t about it and is adamant we return right away. Cha ching, I can hear the money flying out of my wallet. Lol. Long story short (too late for that), we'll be coming back down there in October and then again in April. Peace!

We were very happy with our rental for the price we paid. It was not luxurious, but it had most everything we needed. A couple of beach chairs would have been nice to go with the beach umbrella in the closet. We also had to purchase beach towels so as not to use the bath towels from the condo, but we DID use a bath towel to cover the tabletop on the balcony as it was not pleasant to eat off of. Once we did that, we enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon wine on the balcony each day we were there. Overall, a very good experience.

Beach Vacy without the kids

Our stay was wonderful. The accommodations were great. The on-site restaurant is amazing. The pools were nice. The tiki bar was great. First time we had ever been and had free delivery to the beach. The property is right on the beach couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Back to school beach trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was great and Pelican Resort is a great place to stay. Awesome location and amenities. John answered every question we had. We will definitely stay here again!

Will stay again!

Great place, we loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. Perfect location, right on the beach. Very clean but bathrooms could use a little updating. The hall beds could use better mattresses. Very nice to have a full kitchen so we could cook some of our meals. Overall we had a great time!

Family trip

Nice enjoyed seeing the dolphins from balcony. The bunk beds were big enough for my teenagers to sleep in. Nice beach trip.

Nice stay

We enjoyed staying at this condo in this resort. Great beach! The only bummer was the balconies were closed for renovations, and the pool was also closed, which we didn't know about when booking. But other than that, we would stay again. Lots of friendly people!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the resort, owner and the city of Destin! Beautiful and comfortable condo. The owner was always fast to answer any questions I may have in regards to the trip. I will definitely be returning!!

Great value for the money

We didnt pay top dollar so i didnt expect a 5 star unit. It was very adequate for our family and worked just fine. The kitchen is quite understocked and there is only 2 barstools but other than that it was great. Resort was nice and i would recommend this unit.

Destin

Loved the condo even though there was constant work being done on the entire property. Really wish we would have had access to the deck as it was a gorgeous waterfront/beach view that was obstructed due to construction.

The door was very hard to open and shut because it was off of alignment. I did mention it to the front desk when we checked out. Everything was clean and we had a great time!
