Searching for paradise? You won't have to look very far! Paradise Found is a beautifully designed home in Dunes of Destin and boasts a wondrous gulf view, a private pool with an adjoining spa, and luxurious interiors. Dunes of Destin is a private and gated community located in the heart of Destin. This luxurious home sleeps 24, making it the perfect home to accommodate all your friends and family.

Upon entering Paradise Found, you will instantly notice the chic and coastal ambiance. The hardwood floors in contrast with the contemporary white shiplap walls bring a comforting texture into this home. The large barn doors will catch your eye as you approach the first two bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom transports you into paradise with coastal decor. A king bed, a large flatscreen TV, and a shared bathroom welcome you. Across the shared bathroom you walk straight into another bedroom that holds 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds. Both ground-floor bedrooms lead you to a spacious living room with easy access to the private pool and adjoining spa.

Use the stairs or take a ride on the in-home elevator up to the second floor. Here, you are welcomed to a spacious open-floor concept perfect for entertaining and gathering. The lavish kitchen is unforgettable. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry make this home feel like paradise. An elongated breakfast bar creates the perfect spot for casual dining. More dining space is found across the room at a grand dining table, seating 12 of your guests! Two more bedrooms are found on this floor. Both king bedrooms boast an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious modern rain shower. In addition, one of two laundry rooms is found on this level.

Four more bedrooms and another living space await on the third floor of this home. Two of the bedrooms provide guests with private balcony access. The third-floor living room is a comfortable spot for relaxation. A flat-screen TV, Xbox with a variety of games, and a comfortable chic sofa are found here.

Paradise has truly been found at ' Paradise Found'. In addition to the spacious floor plan, balcony access can be found on every floor of this home. A rooftop patio on this home allows for panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Have a cup of coffee here or spend the day in the sun. Excellent Large Property With Great Location

We stayed in Destin for a week in April, and really enjoyed the stay. Property is located in a gated community, just a short 1 minute walk to the beach. You can actually see the ocean from the top roof deck and the balcony. The property was roomy, and everyone enjoyed having their room. Outdoor pool is great too. We'll definitely be back again.

Great place for large groups.

This house was very comfortable and clean. The elevator definitely makes it much easier to move groceries and luggage up and down the three floors. The only down side was on the HOA not the owner or property manager but one of the neighbors complained on us for having a vehicle parked in front of the house barely on the edge of the grass for literally 4 minutes to unload ice chest out of the bed of the truck.

Best Reunion beach stay

Beautiful place omg. My only problem was the parking. It was a 20 group of sorority sisters 30 year reunion. So…….. we had multiple cars about 11 which the limit of car parking was 6. We were of course reported by the HOA. But luckily no cars were towed. Security was very nice though so we parked our cars at the local Winn Dixie. Other than that this property gets a 9/10. Close to the beach. Big clean and the best beds I’ve ever slept on. Guest relations were awesome.

Family vacation

We had a large group of 18 family members and the house had well enough room for all of us. View to the ocean on the roof top deck was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. The only issue we ran into was we paid for 8 days to heat the pool and hot tub but it wasn’t working when we arrived. A part needed to be ordered and replaced but Five Star Properties worked to get a pool company over to install the part. We didn’t have the pool heat for 4 out of the 8 days but they did refund us for those 4 days. Besides that, everything was perfect and it was a wonderful stay!

First Visit

Wonderful stay. House was way bigger than we expected it to be. Fantastic amenities, great to have multiple rooms and showers, amazing kitchen and dining area for our whole large group. The rooftop deck was such a great feature, and the heated pool was the highlight of our kids’ stay. Beautiful neighborhood tucked away off the strip. We loved our stay, will be back whenever we can, and will be recommending this house to everyone we know.

Wonderful spot for a family reunion

Perfect location and amenities. The house is stocked with everything your family might need. We were 8 couples, half with toddlers and the house accommodated us comfortably. There are a lot of rules so make time to read and understand them. The property management team was very helpful.

Great family house

We had our children and all our grandchildren stay in this house for Thanksgiving. It was amazing. This kitchen is extremely well stocked. The owners thought of EVERYTHING. There are three floors with bedrooms and living areas on each floor. The beds were VERY comfortable. The house was VERY clean. The only issue we had is that on vrbo there is no mention of paying to heat the heated pool. The big rub for me was that we had to pay a additional fee to heat the hot tub! Be aware the hot tub is connected to the pool and cannot be heated separately. I looked at a lot of properties before selecting this one. I selected this house because there was no mention of this extra fee. I received this info when I received a rental agreement from the property management company. And, that step was a bit different in that I reserved the property through vrbo. The rental agreement from the property manager stated there was an extra fee to heat the pool, NOT the hot tub. This bothered me because vrbo listing does not mention it, and the property management site says fee to heat the pool. I based my decision on vrbo. The vrbo site shows a property management company, but it does not direct you to their site.

Excellent location

The house was amazing and the pictures doesn't even compare. There were 22 family members, mostly adults with enough space and privacy. Loved the various living room spaces throughout the property. Customer Service was great.

Perfection

Wow! What a fabulous house. My entire family (24) stayed for the week. Beautiful decor, spacious rooms, love that each floor has a sitting area. The only thing I would recommend would be second refrigerator. We will be back. Perfect for large groups.

This property was great for our group of mostly young women. The rooms were as spacious as they appeared in the listing. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean. I would be happy to answer questions about the property.

Perfect for large groups

Stayed in this home with a group of 22 people in July/August 2021. The home is huge and has more than enough room for everyone to spread out. The home was exceptionally clean and tidy. Props to the people that clean this house it was spotless! The house is so close to the beach and has a private beach entrance. Overall this house is beautiful and the two laundry rooms were a plus! The rooftop terrace was beautiful and we even saw dolphins in the ocean from the terrace! Cons of this rental: I was very upset to find out you cannot bring your own umbrellas to the beach. You have to rent extra umbrellas if you need them. This is not stated anywhere in the listing info. Just FYI to future renters. Another con of this rental is that the management company should look into getting 2 extra trash cans outside. There is only 1 trash can and 1 recycling can. This is not enough for a group as large as ours. We had a lot of trash and had to leave it around the trash can because there is nowhere else to put it. We also arrived at the house and the trash can was already full of trash so we had to collect the bags around the can and put the trash out on trash day. Just something management needs to look into for future renters.

This property is great for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Close to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. Would highly recommend.
