A spacious 3,200 square foot floor plan (with hardwood floors throughout!) provides plenty of space for the whole family. The living room has vaulted ceilings that rise up to the 2nd level of the home providing loads or air space and a very beachy feel! Beachy Keen also comes with a guest house with living room, queen bedroom full bath and kitchen – perfect if part of your group needs their own private space! This property features both a private pool in the back yard and community pool on the north west corner of Crystal Shores.

Crystal Beach is home to colorful classic-styled beach cottages, intimate condominium buildings, white picket fences, meandering sidewalks and quaint eateries. This community is family-centric and here, the unwinding is easy! But don’t think excitement isn’t on the menu though as this area features the Destin Commons – home to upscale shopping, multiple dining options and venues ideal for entertaining the entire family. Additionally, two of the most highly rated golf courses, Kelly Plantation and Regatta Bay, are just seconds away.

First Floor: Living Room with Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Bedroom with Two Twin Beds, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access.

Third Floor: Loft with Full Day Bed.

Guest House:

First Floor: Exterior Staircase, Non-Accessible Garage.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen with Eat-In Bar.

Third Floor: Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access.
