*UNIT INCLUDES COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE!! Located on the 4th and top floor of Building C, come enjoy the beach in 1400C where your pleasure is our greatest priority. The Unit sleeps six and has one bedroom with 1 king bed with memory foam mattress pads, a second bedroom with a king bed and a similar mattress pad and there is a comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living area. There are two full baths with shower/tub combos and one bath comes with double sinks. The dining table seats six and the bar has two bar stools for additional seating. The Unit is decorated in an enchanting beach theme and each appointment…from the spacious granite countertops, to the many appliances and fully stocked entertaining kitchen, to the flat screen TVs with smart DVD’s players in each room… has been purposefully placed in the condo for your enjoyment. You also have your own secured Wi-Fi connection. There are ceiling fans in each room and in the living area, and the patio area has comes equipped with a table that seats 6 and other entertaining amenities. The balcony is our greatest asset with a gulf view and breeze that is spectacular. This unit also looks out over the courtyard/lawn area and the pool! A short ride down the elevator and it is a mere 30 yard walk to our crystal clear/ white sand beach with beach service available. The unit comes with a washer/ dryer. This unit is a non-smoking unit. Stay with us and you will not be disappointed!

Beach Service – If you didn’t pre-reserve beach chairs, just stop by the beach hut or call the Excel team at In addition to chairs and umbrellas, Excel offers kayaks and paddle boards for rent, as well as an assortment of snacks and drinks.
Tennis, Basketball, Pickleball, and Shuffleboard – Forget your gear? No worries, you can check out rackets, balls, and more at the front desk at no charge!
Grilling Out – In the busy months of spring and summer, many families opt to grill out rather than go out. We have eight charcoal grills available. There are several seafood markets nearby, including Blalock’s which is just a block to the west (p.s., their tuna dip is a must try!).
Fitness Center – Did you know we have a fitness center in the Penthouse building? Just stop by the front desk to borrow the key.
Family Activities – There’s always something fun on the itinerary at Silver Dunes:
• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard – Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard
• Scavenger Hunts – Throughout the Spring – for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!
• Movies in the Courtyard – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us on Mondays at dusk throughout June and July. We show a different family-friendly movie each week.
• S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool –Wednesday nights are awesome at Silver Dunes! Throughout June and July, the firepits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!
