This vacation rental is a very special one for both lake lovers and beach fans. With ~1200 square feet of indoor living space and two spacious zen decks with "the view", it is a 2 bedroom 2,5 bathroom unit sleeping 8 guests, and it is located right in the heart of Destin, FL. Being only 2 miles away from Destin Harbor, it is surrounded by numerous restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and family attraction sites and it has the perfect location for an unforgettable vacation.

The townhouse is located in a cozy family-oriented community called 'Southbay By The Gulf', and it sits directly on the community lake. We have two large lakefront decks that are accessible from the living room and the master bedroom, to sip on your morning coffee or for enjoying sunset drinks and meals. Our tranquil lake is the home for many turtles, ducks, and seagulls, and watching them right from your master bedroom bed or the living room feels like a perfect retreat. If you are a fishing enthusiast, fishing is allowed at the lake even from your vacation rental decks, under a strict catch-and-release policy. Soutbay By The Gulf community has two pools, two tennis courts, and a gorgeous 300 feet private beach area.

Our townhouse has a keyless entry door lock system, so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay. Your vacation should be relaxing; no more lockouts or lost keys. You will also have the opportunity to create your own unique code that "you" select for your stay.

Destin is famous for its white sugar sand beach and it is only 3-4 minutes walking distance from this vacation rental. The walk is such a fun journey where you walk on an easy and beautiful path from the lake's pedestrian bridge, by the pool and the tennis courts.

NEW fresh paint, furniture, beds and mattresses, TVs, stainless steel appliances, faucets, kitchen cabinets, kitchen backsplash, bathroom vanities, toilets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, decorative items, deck furniture, air conditioning unit, water heater, and many more house items.
