Everything was perfect for us we have a lot of fun and the communication with the host was excellent anything that I ask was rapidly answered the beach beautiful we just has to walk there we don’t need to use the car to much , the rooms was very clean, was the perfect area, restaurant, store near everything we need, I want to tell the hosts thank you very much.

Awesome stay. The property was as described and as someone who used to clean for a resort, I was impressed with the cleaning crew's thorough cleaning in the condo. We love the area and plan to vacation in the future! Would totally recommend for a beautiful beach get away, only 5 min walk to the water.

Beach vacation

The unit was very nice! I especially liked the double beds in the spare room so my kids each get their own! We loved the porch area and having a washing machine/dryer in the unit. Short 4-5 minute walk to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Cute condo with easy beach access

Very clean and spacious condo. The private beach access was close and we loved having beach services included. Check in and out was easy. We loved that they had plenty of towels.

CLM condo

The condo is conveniently located, very close to the pool and beach and we feel like overall it was a great value. Our only complaint, the floors were not very clean.

From Houston

Stayed here for a week and this is a great locstion, just a short walk to the beach and the pool was across from our unit which is a plus. The only thing the rooms were hot but stand alone fans were in the unit. Overall our stay was great! Fully stocked of everything needed like plates, cups, silverware, etc.

The apartment was very nice. Most everything works as it should. However, the back door from the living room to the back porch it’s hard to open and close. Towel racks in both bathrooms are loose. Large gap in the storm door on the front door and it sometimes might not watch properly. But other than those a few things which are very minor, I will most likely stay there again next year.

3 Generation Getaway

Booked this holiday for my mom, myself, and my daughter. Plenty of room for the three of us. Location was close enough to the beach and right next to the pool. Never had any problems with noise in the neighborhood, even though they seemed fully booked. If I had a complaint, I suppose it would be the wifi because I could only get a signal in the living room. But we had a great time!

Great location to beach-unit was very dirty.

The location to the beach is amazing! Our unit was very dirty there were roaches everywhere daily, thee were dead ones on top of the stove. Sand was all over the floors the moment we arrived like it had never been cleaned. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets, ice maker didn’t work. The location was great, the unit needs a better cleaning service, and an exterminator.

Thanksgiving vacay

This property was nice but filthy dirty. We had 1 butter knife, not enough pots ice maker frozen over. Furniture had sand/ grit all over and was stained. We love clm stay every year, this place was our least favorite. We will come back, just never to this unit. Also we had another unit 9c and it was awesome. Although we were charged pet deposit on both condos when we only had dog in 9b

Chateau Le Mer 1

The condo was very nice. The layout of the rooms and living area was quite pleasant. Beds were comfortable enough, kitchen was very modern with hi tech appliances. My only complaint is the check in time. You are charged a full days rate while only getting a half day of occupancy. When you can't get in until 4pm you are losing half the day you pay full price for.
