    Pelican Beach Resort is an ideal family resort located in the heart of beautiful Destin, right on the beach. We are located directly across the street from the Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Minutes away from grocery stores, movie theater, Fishbowl Bowling alley, and shopping. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is 7 miles east. Destin Commons outdoor shopping Mall is at the corner of Mid Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. It has a huge movie theater complex, Hard Rock Cafe', Bass Pro Fishing Shop, Johnnie Rockets, a beautiful outdoor setting. Several fabulous golf courses in the area. Deep sea fishing is right up the street!

    Pelican Beach Resort provides (heated) indoor and outdoor pools, a wading pool for the kids, sauna, hot-tub, and steam-room. You'll have access to a robust fitness center along with a video game room, tennis courts, and outdoor grills. You may also enjoy the resort beach services, and Tiki Bar. Free parking for guests.

This condo was perfect for our family of six. Having the beach view was totally worth not having a washer and dryer in the unit, which was only a quick walk away from the room. The host was super easy to communicate with. The room was pretty clean. I think it could’ve been a little cleaner and with a family of six It would’ve been nice to have more towels. The resort was awesome having everything right there and being private with wristbands the café by the pools food is absolutely amazing and having a quick walk to the private beach even better. We would stay again for sure.

This beach home away from home was cleanly and well stocked. No detail is spared. The check in was easy, the beds were comfortable and the view is gorgeous. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any beach lover!

This condo DOES NOT have a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a coin laundry by the elevator. I would have brought extra towels if I knew there wasn’t a washer and dryer in the unit. The condo was nice. It was decorated beautifully. The bed was comfortable. The view was amazing. I liked that the two TVs in the unit were smart TVs so we were able to login to Disney and Netflix.

Amazing!!

The unit was amazing! Great views, close to everything, clean, and the owner was absolutely awesome. I’ve stayed in many different condos on the beach throughout my life, but this was one was by far the best. I highly recommend booking this unit if you get a chance. You won’t be disappointed!

Great Stay!

We stayed at this condo during my kiddo’s baseball tournament. It was a perfect location in relation to the fields and had everything we needed when we were not at the ball field. Will definitely look to stay here again next year!
