    The master bedroom boasts a KING bed, a 32” SMART TV, and captivating Gulf views with balcony access.
    The second bedroom offers two TWIN beds and a 32” TV.
    The second bath features a combination tub/shower.

    Parking Notes: Please be mindful of the two parking passes allotted per unit. Display them clearly and completely to avoid any fines from the HOA. Boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses are not permitted.

    Beach Info: For a blissful beach experience, please note that personal tents are not allowed. Beach service is available for an additional fee.

    Rental Requirements: To rent this property, guests must be at least 25 years old. During Spring Break, maintain a minimum ratio of one person aged 25 or older for every two individuals under 25 years of age.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beach view was beautiful and made for a relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the direct beach access was a huge advantage. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.The location is excellent, very central and close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to get around without traveling long distances.It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach with all the comforts of home. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Condo was great! My one constructive takeaway would be to suggest getting some foam mattress toppers for the beds. That would make a huge difference. But overall very clean, well equipped condo and very easy booking and check in process.

If you are thinking about staying in this condo, do yourself a favor and book it!!! The condo was cozy, very clean and stocked with all the basics. We definitely plan to stay here again for our next trip!
