Family and friends 4th of July trip 2025

If you are thinking about staying in this condo, do yourself a favor and book it!!! The condo was cozy, very clean and stocked with all the basics. We definitely plan to stay here again for our next trip!

Really nice clean condo!

The property and the condo both were very well maintained and very clean. The condo was exactly as the pictures showed...beautifully decorated. The only two things if any that I would say may need to be adjusted is that the master mattress is very hard maybe a topper needs to be added and the cookware could use a few pots added to the collection and a new can opener because the one there is rusted so I ended up having to go buy one to use. Other than those minor things our stay was great! We even were contacted and were told we could check in early which was awesome! Would definitely recommend this property!

Beautiful Clean Condo - Aggressive Beach Chair Policy

First of all the unit itself is immaculate. Very Clean, Very nicely decorated. Great Pool and Beautiful grounds. My only complaint is waking up to see a Wall of side by side rental chairs and Umbrella placed directly on the water line. Absolutely no space between them. When we tried to place a towel in front of them, we were told we would have to move behind the rental chairs. No Thanks, I came to see the ocean. So reading online this is a Big Issue on Destin, we are not the First. It looks nothing like the 6 cabana tents you see in the photo where they are set way back. It makes it hard to walk and enjoy with almost every property doing it. We will be looking for better beach access next time. Hopefully this policy will change and keep rental umbrellas from hogging up the beach. I took some photos but the app would not let me add them for some reason.

Clean and right on the beach

What a great property! The parking is gated and the property is right on the beach with a gorgeous view from the balcony. Super clean with a good selection of cookwear, extra blankets, and little touches to make your stay a good one. Bring your beach towels!

Weekend getaway

The property was wonderful! We had an ocean view from the bedroom. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins. The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

great place to get away on vacation with your partner or family, we dont have kids anymore, all grown up, so me and my wife had a great time. we only used one bedroom of the two bedrooms, but we each had our own restroom, really nice place to stay. i defenetly recommend it.

Senior year trip!

Room was a perfect size for me (17), my bestie, and my dad! It was right on the beach and easy access to the pool and other amenities. Only thing I would advise is that they don’t restock supplies for have to have your own trash bags and washing powders. Loved it!!
