    Welcome to this newly renovated 10th floor condo at Pelican Beach, Destin! Step out onto the balcony and take in an impressive view of the sandy white beach and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Both the view and the location make #1009 one of the premier condos at Pelican Beach.

    Our living area is designed with a comfortable beach vibe and offers cushy seating, a sleeper sofa, a large HDTV, and sliding glass door to the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal, and there is dining seating for 4 plus breakfast bar seating for 4. The spacious bedroom suite is furnished with a king bed and offers an adjoining master bath with a tub/shower combination. There is a built-in hallway bunk with two twin beds, lighting and storage. An additional hallway bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

    Pelican Beach is located directly on the beach and is centrally located to all the dining and entertainment Destin is famous for including spas, shopping, golf, fishing, Big Kahunas Water Park (within walking distance) and more! The resort offers three swimming pools including an indoor/outdoor swim through pool and a kiddie pool, tennis, hot tub, huge sun deck, beachfront grills, fitness center, upgraded cable and super high-speed internet, on-site cafe and market, secure entry with guard attendants, and convenient parking. Check in is easy – just park, unload, and let yourself in!

Perfect location. Plenty of stuff to do on-site, yet close to everything else you might wanna do while in Destin as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 had a great time staying at this condo. We enjoyed it's location, pools and beach. The beach was extremely busy and the chair rental service was the only negative thing about the beach. the width of the front of the beach was completely blocked off by the service while I would say 1/4 of those chairs were rented. We found ourselves at the end of the trip traveling to a public beach due to this. Overall, the condo was great, clean and spacious. We wished they had a regular sized coffee maker (big coffee fans) but that wasn't the end of the world. Overall, I would recommend the condo/location to anyone. Dealing with Phyllis was also great, she was super responsive. Thank you!

This property was amazing! The view was outstanding! The condo was clean and well serviced. The location was perfect for us! Plenty to do close by and the area restaurants were fantastic! Phyllis was absolutely fabulous to work with. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stary at this property was fabulous. The pictures online were spot on. We loved the location of the property.The check in process was very simple and our contact person was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Beach! The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed the beach and the pools. This was our first trip to Destin and I'm sure we will be back!

Good place to stay

This property is older and could use some updating but it was clean and well priced. It was a bit crowded on the beach area, but we were able to score front row beach chairs for one day so for us it was wonderful!

Great condominium complex to stay at

Location is perfect, views are nice and staff was friendly. The couch needs to be replaced as well as some pans, other than that the condo was clean and cozy!
