This beautiful three-bedroom completely renovated spans more than 1800 square feet over three floors and sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably. Bring your bikes, as we have a private garage for secure storage! Weber Charcoal grill for your private use.

The first floor offers a secondary Master bedroom with king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, 50” Smart TV, and private balcony.

Second floor offers 3 Twin, 2 Twin XL, 1 Queen and full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of counter space, separate ice machine, custom panty, large kitchen table, and quartzite countertops. The kitchen is stocked with high end appliances to include J.A. Henckels cookware, knives set, and Ninja blender for all of your yummy frozen drinks/smoothies. Family room boast a 58” 7 Series Smart TV.

Third floor master suite enjoys the entire 3rd floor, king size bed, double custom vanity/cabinets, tub/shower combination, 57” 7 Series Smart TV, and private balcony.

This townhome features a washer/dryer located inside the home, and parking for two cars. Easy access to a pedestrian/bike path along Scenic 98 is ideal for joggers, bike riders, or just taking a leisurely stroll.

The Beach Point Townhomes property is located in the heart of Scenic 98 between Miramar and Crystal Beach. Community pool for townhome guests, and partial views of the Gulf. Dinner is within walking distance at Captain Dave’s, Kenny D’s, and the Crab Trap is less than a mile from your door step.

Enjoy shopping, golfing, water sports, boating, and plenty of other exciting activities that are available in Destin. Also, a short drive away is nightlife at Harborwalk Village-check their calendar for live music, events, festivals, and fireworks!

Destin 2025 vacation

Location was across the street from beach access. Nice townhouse with lots of stairs (3 stories). We did use the sleeper sofa but had to purchase a blow up mattress due to the sofas mattress was terrible. Parking is very tight for two vehicles. We had a great stay though.

Great Experience

Upon arrival the communication with Lori was impeccable, she answered every call and responded to every text within minutes.The house was amazing and the distance to the beach and the pool was just a hop and a skip away. Honestly there are absolutely no negatives I can say about the host or the property. 10 out of 10

Renter did not believe us.

Anyone wanting to rent PLEASE take the time to read! First full day we were there, I received a call around 9 AM, which was the Renter asking how old I was. I am currently 25 but on the website she does not ask to send a copy of my drivers license. I told her I didn’t mind to send a copy to ease her mind. Then she asked how many people were in the house because she is “watching on her cameras.” (There’s one at the front door and garage). Full disclosure we did try to park in the garage, but then we realized the instructions say not to and followed the instructions— was just a long travel day and simply forgot. I told her there are 10 people in the house and that was the honest answer. She then had contacted her cleaning people/management (whoever they were), and they came by the house in person and did a headcount. I had nothing to hide so I let them in trying not to make trouble. The two individuals then said that she is one of the most difficult people to work with and keep happy. They basically did a search where they went through all of the rooms and made sure the house was clean and not extra people. They said that everything looked great and that we were keeping things clean and kept and left. They said that the advice they would give me is to call the Renter and explain to her that we will keep her rental clean. We didn’t as it’s not our fault she is concerned and expected her to reach out personally if anything else concerned. There’s more but I don’t have enough room

Spacious family spot

My family of 2 adults and 4 kids had a great stay here. The kids, ages 10 and under, loved the triple bunk beds. Each bed had their own light, and though it was right off the main level, the upstairs master was spacious and nice for evening hang out. The sliding barn doors throughout the unit looked great and functioned well. My husband noted the unit was well insulated both for sound and temperature. It stayed quite cool. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and the beach wagon for toting toys and chairs was very helpful. We appreciated having chairs to sit on and shovels for the kids to dig with. Lori was very quick to respond any time I texted. Would stay here again!:)

Perfect for our family of 10

Kids loved the bunk room. Location was perfect with private beach access. Wagon in the garage was helpful! Parking was tricky with two larger cars, but we made it work! Would definitely recommend, especially if you have tweens and younger!

Great townhome

The townhome was clean and very nicely updated. Beds were all comfortable and layout was awesome. It is about 2 blocks from the beach but the wagon supplied in the garage made it easy to get there. We brought our own beach dolly for our large chairs. There are rental chairs and umbrellas available on the beach. Townhome had everything we needed upon arrival and then some extras. Lori was exceptionally helpful and responded quickly to my questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Multi family trip

Wonderful townhome for multiple families. Walk to the beach was short, private beach was even better. The ice maker in the unit was nice bonus! We had 5 kids ages 4-10 and they could all handle the trip to the beach without being carried. The pool is small but minimal time was spent there. Everything you need is close by. The wagon, umbrella, and beach toys were also very handy. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Perfect Destin stay

This property was beyond perfect for our family. There were 8 of us (all adults) and we all slept well with room to spare. Home is up to date with charm. Lori's communication was very clear and prompt. Wonderful experience at Destin.

Great home and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach, even with little kids. There was ample space for two small families and the bunk room was a hit for the children! There were a few small technical issues with the door code and A/C unit, but the owner was very quick to respond and had someone sent over almost immediately to fix the issues! We would absolutely stay here again!

Destin’s #1 destination for families!

This property exceeded all our expectations. The home was everything we hoped for and more, especially for our large family. The children were thrilled with the bunk room, where they had an absolute blast. The location was perfect, just a few steps from the beach, making it convenient for everyone to enjoy the sun and play in the sand. The home itself was well-appointed, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We can’t wait to return and create more wonderful memories. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beachside getaway!

Fourth of July get away vacation

Property was really nice inside, however, wish it had a few more towels and ran out of TP. Properties pool area Unacceptable over filling trash in the trash, cans property pool bathroom out of odor. Disgusting. Overall property was great except for the pool area.

A Definite Win!

Absolutely perfect for our two-family spring break trip! The home is beautiful, offers plenty of comfortable sleeping room, nice kitchen and perfect location. A quick walk to the beach (our older kids could walk back and forth alone), quiet street/area and pool area just down the sidewalk. Some of our favorite things: the ice maker, the top level Master Suite, beach toys & wagon. Our first time to Destin & we can’t say enough about the area - beautiful, safe & plenty to do. We can’t wait to come back! Thank You for making our vacation awesome!

Great location!

The property was clean and as described in the listing. The kitchen could use better stock on pots and pans… some pots didn’t have lids, and some need to be replaced all together. You can also hear everything going on on each floor. The location however was great a short walk to beach access.

Perfect home for 2 familes!

This home is so cute! The location is just perfect. Very quick walk to the beach with a cart provided to make life easy. Also great location for restaurants and fun things to do! We had 2 familes. Both parents had their own space with the 2 sizable master bedrooms and the kids LOVED the bunk room. Laundry on site is very convenient after a day at the beach. Can't wait to come back again!

20 year Anniv./Family Vacation

The townhouse was the perfect place for Our Family of 10 (8 kiddos ranging in ages from 2-16) to Vacation. It is so beautiful and so spacious, spreadout on 3 different floors. Our kiddos loved the bunk room where they each got to have their own bed and space. We came for the beach and that is what we got with just a short walk to get there (which was a huge booking priority for this Mama). We went and enjoyed the beauty of the white sands and turquoise waters all but one day of our week stay. So much fun! So peaceful! We also ventured out each day to have more fun in Destin. We checked out fish bowl at Bass Pro, mini golf at Big Kahuna, Top Gun: Maverick at the Movie theater, Dolphin Cruise with Southern Star, Books A Million for our book lovers and art/toy lovers, the $5 shop for souvenirs and saw so many alligators over at Gator Beach(because you can't come to Florida and not see some gators, right 😉) Food, we made most food at the house but also enjoyed some of the many restaurants in Destin. Kenny D's was a local fav, Another Broken Egg&Cracker Barrel breakfast spots, Whataburger Fast Yums, Lost Pizza Co. for Pizza Friday and my hubby and I also got to enjoy the Beach Bar at Royal Palms for some adult beverages and a walk on the beach one evening. We love Destin, Florida! We will be back! Thank you Lori for the wonderful stay and for quick responses when I had questions. You're the best! God bless, Wendy and her Tribe of 10
