-Shoreline Towers offers over 500 feet of white sand private beach
-Consider this condo your home away from home while you visit Destin. As you first walk in, you immediately have a view of all the shades of blue of the Gulf with EVERY room sharing this spectacular view. From the balcony, you’ll experience the sights and sounds of the Gulf, watch a sunset over the water in the evening or fishing boats in the morning. An outstanding vantage point to the beach while drinking your morning coffee or enjoying an afternoon snack.
-This marvelous property features big comfy couches and chairs along with a flat screen TV in the great room. It also has remote controlled shades allowing a superb view down the beach. The view extends to the jetties.
-The unit has an open kitchen so you can visit with your family and friends while preparing meals. The kitchen has been remodeled with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is well stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. The unit also incudes a commercial stackable washer and dryer.
-There are 2 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king bed with the guest bedroom having 2 queen beds. This sleeps a total of 6. There are two full bathrooms and a flat screen TV in each bedroom. There is a walk in shower in the Master Bath and a spacious closet for storage. The guest bath has a tub/shower and vanity. The unit is tiled in the living areas with carpeted bedrooms.
-The open balcony is set up with Adirondack chairs and tables.
-Located off of Hwy 98 for easy entrance and exit.
-Shoreline Towers offers a soothing sauna, seasonally heated pool, tennis courts, or shuffleboard. Use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property is 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.
-You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and less than a mile of Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park.
-Less than 4 miles from Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian friendly area and a great family venue where children love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically themed outdoor playground. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theatre and Bass Pro Shop.
-Harbor Walk Village is 2 miles away and has a zip line, boats, and jets skis to rent, charter fishing, great restaurants, nightlife,, and live music almost nightly.
