    Every day is a great day at SunDestin Beach Resort in Destin, FL! Select from an array of on-site amenities to ensure your vacation is anything but boring. Start your trip in the lobby gift shop and stock up on beach supplies for a day in the sun. Chill by the newly-renovated outdoor pool and enjoy seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Maintain your fitness regime in the exercise room. Soothe aching muscles in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Head back to the condo with complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy in the unit. Should your stay include hosting large personal or professional functions, SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal.     SunDestin Unit 1410 is a beautiful one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Soothe your senses in this calming sanctuary filled with comfortable furnishings and beachy decor. Assimilate breathtaking views from the open-concept living/dining floor plan or enjoy a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the living room. Prepare meals and snacks in the fully-appointed kitchen and enjoy them on the private balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Everyone will get a peaceful night sleep, whether it be on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room, twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen television, and en suite bathroom.

    Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Summer Vacation

Check-in was fast; they were able to get us in our room sooner than expected. The room was very nice. Food in the restaurant was very good. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Relaxing Week

The room was perfect for what we needed and offered a perfect view of the beach and ocean. We saw dolphins every day from our balcony. The property is walking distance to several beach shops, mini golf, and several restaurants. The Back Porch is just down the beach and had some of our favorite food and drinks from the week.

This condo had everything we needed. The view was perfect and the location couldn’t be beat. We enjoyed the indoor pool, splash pad, beach service, and hot tub. The condo was clean and we loved the bunks and separate bathrooms. We will be back!

What a View!

We loved this condo on the 14th floor. Decor was great, bed was super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the chairs on the back deck. Kinda wish the ac unit wasn\'t on the deck, but it was ok after all.

Wonderful View

This Condo was clean, easy to access and everything that we were looking for. It had plenty of dishes, cookware ect. Plenty of towels and everything worked as it should. I was not the biggest fan of the ac unit being on the porch, but it ended up being ok. Loved the location and that there was a restaurant and bar onsite. Overall it was a great stay and very relaxing. Almost forgot, The bed was super comfy.

Room Condition

Love Sundestin, Been staying here for years. Our unit could of been a little cleaner. Sand on the floor when we arrived, Carpet could of been cleaner. There was an odor that smelled like a sewer problem. But over all we had a great stay.

Beautiful view, terrible construction

The room was absolutely lovely, but the outdoor pool, both hot tubs, and splash pad were all closed for construction that lasted all day long. We often woke to grinding and sanding, it was so loud you couldn’t stay on the property during the day. I actually felt really bad for visitors with young children. It became a joke with most of the guests. The restaurant was fantastic. We ate there 3 times during our 5 day stay.

Scenic View, But UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Ocean view was perfect! But the resort never advised it was under construction! The outdoor pool wasn't available! The internet was OFF/ON during the entire stay!! And parking was ridiculous because of construction!!

Wonderful!

We only had the pleasure of staying in this unit one night (due to double booking of our other room). We loved everything about it! I especially loved that there was a bath tub (perfect for the kids), and carpet in the bedrooms (helps SO much with keeping sand out of the beds). One thing that kind of stinks (to no fault of the owner)- the washers and dryers are \'community-style\', and there is only one in the area. It\'s hard to find a time when they are not being used. Overall, we absolutely loved this unit and we would definitely stay here again!
