Bella Vita es una casa de lujo privada ubicada en el lago de cuatro puntas, que ofrece impresionantes vistas del Golfo de México. Esta espaciosa casa de 3,225 pies cuadrados tiene 5 habitaciones y tiene capacidad para 20 personas. Esta mansión tropical con una piscina privada ubicada dentro de la exclusiva comunidad cerrada de Destiny West brinda a los huéspedes acceso a los servicios de la comunidad, como la piscina comunitaria, el gimnasio y las canchas de tenis. Las famosas arenas blancas como el azúcar de la Costa Esmeralda están a solo tres minutos a pie. Este acceso público a la playa se encuentra en el delicioso restaurante Crab Trap.

El aura tropical de Bella Vita te recibe como una brisa cálida al entrar en esta casa de vacaciones real. La entrada, ubicada en el segundo piso, se abre a una sala de estar bellamente decorada con muchos asientos cómodos. Junto a la sala de estar hay una cocina gourmet abierta, una barra de desayuno y un espacio para comer con vista al lago. En el balcón hay una zona de descanso con vistas a la piscina y al lago de cuatro puntas. Un pasillo conduce a la lujosa Master King Suite. Esta habitación elegante y totalmente amueblada se combina con un gran baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje y chimenea.

Para respirar aire fresco, siga la escalera hasta la terraza. Esta cubierta abierta es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de los hermosos amaneceres y atardeceres costeros. Abajo, en el primer piso, hay dos habitaciones king con sus propios televisores personales de pantalla plana. Hay una suite King con baño privado y TV de pantalla plana. La decoración acogedora de estas habitaciones hará que Bella Vita se sienta como un hogar lejos del hogar. También se encuentra en este piso la habitación con literas con 6 literas de cama tamaño queen. Conectar todas las habitaciones juntas es una cómoda sala de estar y un pasillo que conduce a la entrada. Disfrute de la comodidad de su propia piscina privada con un montón de espacio para salón y picnic.  

Reunir y disfrutar de impresionantes vistas de la puesta de sol en la playa desde la terraza tercer piso. Lujo y confort se encuentran en la cocina gourmet y sala de estar que se abre a una terraza exterior con vistas a la piscina, lago y mar. Traiga sus cañas de pescar y pescar en el lago desde esta casa! La amplia piscina de 20 x 10 riñones y el área del salón se encuentran directamente en el extremo occidental del lago Four Prong. Este es el escenario perfecto después de un día en la playa para relajarse y disfrutar de una cena cocinada en la parrilla de gas. Nada en la privacidad de esta espectacular piscina hasta el atardecer después de que se haya puesto el sol.

This home was breathtaking!! The views from the kitchen were breathtaking! Words won’t do it justice. Hubby and I enjoyed morning coffee on the rooftop deck. The open floor plan was perfect for our family. Every room was super spacious. Two of them, right off the back deck. Decor was modern, bright, light. Super comfy, luxurious, and family friendly. The master bedroom is to die for! The swimming pool area gave us sooooo many memories and photoshoot backdrops! The beach couldn’t be any closer for comfort. EVERYTHING!!! Only downside: wanted just a wee bit more security. The bedroom doors leading to the deck were secured with a stick in the door. The back door leading to the patio - only secured by a dead bolt which is concerning bc the back and side property are not gated and open. But, it’s ok bc that neighborhood is extremely quiet. We stay in that area every year and always feel safe. If you’re ok with a lot of stairs, then this house is for you. Overall, we would likely rent again! This house is a winner!

Everything was really great. But there are a few things to note. The condition of the property was just ok. There were several things that needed repair and maintenance. The gate code to the neighborhood was incorrect. We asked about some things like a crib and high chair and was told i neededto contact a rental company, but when we arrived, we found these items already there. Which would have been great to know. All in all we had a great weekend and would return if they repaired a few things.

We are a group of 10- women, who look for a beautiful house near or on the beach in Destin, Florida annually. The house was beautiful online but did not meet our expectations upon arrival. There were more than 15 blinds missing on the second floor, and the level 3 deck was the most disappointing. Furniture was old and torn, rusted and the hole at the entrance to the deck made it unsafe for us. House sleeps 20 people but was not prepared for 20. This house needs a serious upgrade.

Friends and family stayed for a week and the property was VERY disappointing. Holes in Walls, rust and dirty vents, broken umbrellas, wallpaper tearing off walls, light bulbs out, cracking tiles, broken trashcans, broken pool chairs… the list goes WAY on. Beach reunion was only willing to refund a VERY minimal amount (<10%) after we spent a great amount (cannot say specific amount due to review policy). We gave them a chance to make it right after submitting photos… but we wont be staying with Beach Reunion again. 0 stars. This property was very poorly maintained and us “reaching out” to them upon arrival is not realistic to have someone perform renovations during our vacation stay…

Our family met up in this home that is beautifully situated (2nd row yet very close to the main gate) and closely located to the beach (3 mins from the beach). There is lots of space on every level, no one felt like they were in another’s space. The basement/bottom floor has three bedrooms with Queen sized beds (comfortable and firm). Two of these rooms have sliding doors that open to the yard/pool area, and two have their own bathrooms). Also, what once was the garage was turned into a bunk room area with 6 Queen sized bunk beds! Main floor has a King sized room/suite. All this to say there is LOTS of space for every family member that came together! The A/C upstairs had a much better flow than one particular basement room and certainly the bunk bed area could do with some central air flow too, yet floor fans were utilized to help. Still,eveyone survived despite this. The home was clean and provided linens and towels were clean as well. Great Views! The upper stairs led to a rooftop with an ocean view. The main floor has a wrap around outdoor sitting area with views of pool and mini water/lake. Bathrooms were spacious.The kitchen had everything that was needed in regard to utensils and pots despite worn cabinets; no hindrance though. Even though it was necessary to get supplies like extra paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods etc. it was a small inconvenience. Overall, the house is clearly 4.8 stars. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for large families.

This property had a great location in reference to the beach. Plenty of bedroom space. It could use a good deep cleaning, as well as some updating (there were trim and baseboards missing, marks on the walls, etc.). The pool was cleaned during our stay and we were not told to keep the water level up. The skimmers quit working and in turn the heater stopped heating the pool for a day.

The house was nice but dirty. Light switches, bathrooms not clean. Floors not clean, Carpet not clean. The TV and internet was a nightmare. The office staff were very responsive. But the house need an overall general cleaning.

Really nice location, close to the beach, neat ability for the kids to fish from the back yard, cool that it is so close to the Crab Trap restaurant. During the first half of our stay the people next to us were quiet but the second half the people that checked in were very loud way after the quite time and two of the rooms in our house were next to their pool area. This is not the fault of the property group or home owner.

This property is absolutely amazing. The views are spectacular. We had all the supplies we needed to cook for our family. The home is very spacious. We never felt cramped while on property. Management was responsive to my emails in regards to a few small maintenance issues that didn’t effect our stay but could the next group. We would definitely stay at the property again.

I didn't realize upon booking this proper, just how close it actually is to the beach. I thought it was a ten minute walk, but it was more like 3. The property has views from the master bedroom, kitchen, almost every window looks out on something beautiful. I now have colleagues that want to rent this property because of the pictures that I shared. Such a wonderful experience. Our whole party made memories for a lifetime.

We had a large group of family and friends from Illinois and loved our stay in Destin. The house was perfect, the neighborhood felt safe, and the hosts were very accommodating. Can’t say enough wonderful things about the location – amazing to be on the pond and a quick & easy walk to the beach, which was very family friendly. The Crab Trap provides a fun beach access with a playground for the kids and an easy-access restroom. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

My family, friends and I enjoyed our stay at the Bella Vita. The views are amazing and location is great. We love staying in Destiny community when we come. This is the first time in this house and over all we liked it. A few low points is the bunk room is small and has an odor like the garage and the bathrooms need a little updating. I think the bunk room just needs a dehumidifier as it appears it was part of the garage converted to bunk room. The boys loved the bunk beds though. A major high point was that ANY issue we had was addressed immediately by property manager. The people at Beach Reunion had excellent customer service. I can’t say enough about the ladies I dealt with there. I would defiantly stay at this house again. I recommend this house and actually have friends that want the info after seeing some of my photos.

The subdivision is very nice and the location is perfect. The pool and backyard is nice. The floor plan of the home is excellent, however the entire bottom floor smells like mildew. There are many cosmetic issues that need to be fixed. All AC vents needs to be replaced, as mildew and wet spots are noticeable. There are areas where sheet rock tape is peeling from the walls. For what we paid for four nights we feel the interior of this home should be up to date and smell clean not yucky. The baseboards are partially torn out and the sheet rock was beat up inside of the laundry room. The kitchen was very nice and newly remodeled. VRBO or whomever emailed us incorrect codes to enter the subdivision which was a major issue. They sent us the July codes on August 15th. We were stuck on the outside of the subdivision in the middle of the night with no assistance to get in. Some of us jumped the fence, some cut through someones yard. then we had to park at the public beach and wait until morning to get the correct code for both the walk through gate and the drive through gate. We did not get what we paid for.

The upper level is nice. The lower level desperately needs updating. Also could use a good deep cleaning. Excellent location for access to the beach. Nice for several families.
