"Room was fine with what looked like a recently refurbished bathroom. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was beautifully presented and of à high quality. Would definitely stay here again"

"Our room was 205 room needs a bit of an upgrade plus the floor was running on a slant so if you moved on the bed to quick you could fall out on to the floor apart from that everything was fine staff very helpful food was good I know it's an old building but these things matter also we would have no hesitation coming back to stay again maybe just another room thanks"

"Easy parking and helpful staff. Breakfast had many lovely choices hot and cold. Quiet for nice atmosphere and good rest. Our room was sorely in need of plumbing maintenance in that both the shower did not drain and backed up over the bathroom floor and started to encroach onto carpet so we had to have short shower and ask for more towels to soak up water, and toilet was not flushing intermittently. Both issues brought to attention of front staff who apologized and scheduled maintenance....

"The setting overlooking the mountains was beautiful and quiet. The B&B itself is wonderful, well kept up and very clean and comfortable. The owners were very nice, helpful and accommodating. Plenty of parking. Breakfast served promptly and was delicious. Getting into Keswick is walkable but uphill on the return (we chose to drive into town). Overall, a wonderful place to stay!"

"Great location in town centre. Stay spoiled by sewer odour in bathroom that couldn’t be disguised by the scented bottle they put in there. Property also didn’t reply to an email I sent about an item I left behind in the room."

"Location of property was great but! Stairway was dirty. The unit at first appeared OK but definitely wasn’t a cottage as stated in description. Inside closet in one bedroom was not clean and was not usable. Dishwasher was full of dishes. Bathroom sink drained very slowly must be clogged. Toilet seat was extremely loose, shower mat for tub to prevent it from being slippery was filthy! Full of mold! "Located in a great area right in the heart of Keswick, super easy to walk to shops, cafes, bars etc. The property is a decent size and has mostly what you’d need during your stay (some Tupperware for guests to use would be really handy). As the property is pet friendly itd be helpful to have an outdoor tap to rinse your dog off after a walk.
