"This was our third time vacationing here. We just love it. Once again, we had a wonderful stay. It was so relaxing and beautiful. The house is clean and welcoming. The pool is fun and enjoyable for everyone. The kids (and adults) really enjoyed the cows as well as the stunning views. Joann and her husband are amazing hosts and we appreciate all their help and answers to our questions about farm life. We highly recommend this beautiful property."

I asked for late checkout she agreed to 12:30, then called me at 11:10 saying I should have been out an hour before which would have been 10:10, but published checkout was 10:30. "Brought my husband here for an early birthday surprise and it was definitely worth it. The place was absolutely gorgeous and the view was amazing. We spent most of our time down by the river fishing. I loved sitting out on the rock in the morning drinking coffee watching the sun rise. We will definitely be coming back again."
