Centrally located, private mid-century ranch house, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. A little slice of the country in the city, neighbors have horses, goats, chickens. 10 minutes drive to Golden and only 15 minutes to downtown Denver. A great home base for a day trip into the Mountains or skiing.

Tons of hiking and bike trails nearby. A perfect location for concerts at Red Rocks or exploring the foothills. 35 minutes to Boulder or Casinos in Black Hawk. Relax in the jaquzzi after your adventures.

Most of the wooden furniture was milled and made ourselves.




*THE RANCH*
The home offers a spacious entry, kitchen (with new appliances) , dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer.

There is a private backyard with a privacy fence, that is especially great, if you're traveling with little ones who would benefit from a safe outdoor space to play.

Or enjoy the privacy and take a dip in the hot tub.


*NEARBY*
There's a Sprouts grocery store just down the street from the Ranch, and the kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and the works.

I-70 will take you west into the mountains in 10 minutes time. While 38th Ave going east will take you into Denver. Along the way are some cool neighborhoods (Highlands, Berkley, Sunnyside, Edgewater / Sloans Lake) with excellent restaurants, bars, and shops.

If you're interested in snowboarding or skiing, the ranch is only 1 hour away from the nearest resort (Loveland) and and 1.5 hours from Breckenridge / Keystone / Winterpark / Copper Mountain.

**Concerning the Covid 19 Pandemic, we professionally clean and disinfect the home after every stay per CDC's guidelines. The home is provided with disinfectant cleaner for your use during your stay.**

We had a fantastic stay! It was suited perfectly for our small family with a toddler, especially the giant bath tub, great kitchen, and covered patio. We explored some neighborhood parks and had an easy drive to Red Rocks for a show. It was great being near shopping, Starbucks, and a Sprouts grocery store as well. Clean, comfortable, and convenient!

perfect for a Red Rocks stay

Perfect for your Red Rocks stay. A bit small for two adult couples, but only by a bit (one bed is a double and only one couch for seating in living room). Home has everything you need and is nearby to groceries and other amenities. Hot tub, front patio, and nearby horses are great!

The minimalist ranch is just that it’s minimal

I had to reach out to the owners that day before to find out what our access code and Wi-Fi code was. The lock on the door is really funky it took us a while to figure out how to get in. the gas grill had a big beehive in it, and it wouldn’t light, I called the owners and all she said was I guess no one used the grill yet this summer. Then she said Let me Know if We need anything else. I looked at the pots and pans one of them had a spiderweb in it. The other ones were so worn out it was unhealthy to use so we had to go out and buy our own pan so we could eat there. We tried to do 1 load of laundry, but the machine didn’t go into the spin cycle so we couldn’t do any laundry while we’re there.we didn’t bother reaching out to her about that because she obviously wouldn’t to do anything about that either. I would not recommend staying here since nothing really worked

Awesome stay!

Great property! Everything was as described. The only slight inconvenience we had- it took the home a long time to cool off once we arrived. It was set at 82 degrees, so it took most of the evening and night to finally cool into the lower 70s. But, that’s a very small inconvenience, so the rating is still 5/5! The host answered all of my questions and everything was as described on the VRBO listing. We loved relaxing in the sunroom, so nice!

Wonderful Property as described

This home we exactly as it showed in the pictures. Hot tub was prefect and clean. Home was equipped with most of the necessary items although hygiene products were not provided. Such a great safe private quiet neighborhood. I will be booking this property when i return.

This was the perfect location for our concert at Red Rocks! The house was clean and comfortable. Hot tub and washer and dryer made it even better. Quiet neighborhood, but so close to grocery stores and restaurants!

College Visit

Husband daughter and I stayed here for a short visit so we could visit colleges in the area. The accommodations were as expected and the house was clean. The hot tub was soooo nice to have and working great! Only things I would change are... the grill that is stated to be available as an amenity didn't have any propane. ...and the queen bed was not very comfortable. It definitely could use a new mattress. Courtney answered questions within an hour of asking and very helpful. The home was what we needed for such a short visit.

Courtney (host) was always timely with her responses. The property was exactly as expected from the listing and close to anything you need. House was great for a night or, as we did, stay for a whole week. We would absolutely stay here again. Great find, highly recommend!

Great Home Away From Home

We stayed here for a few days while we adventured around Denver with friends. Great location not far from the city or Red Rocks. About 1.5-2 hours from the Rocky's depending on which route you take. Starbucks and Sprouts are right around the corner which were clutch! There were two couples total that stayed in the house and there was enough room for all of us. We used the hot tub a few times which was a huge bonus!

This home is a perfect location to everything you could need! Downtown, stores, outdoors options etc. plus a quiet neighborhood. House is fully loaded. An owners are very accommodating! Hot tub was an absolute bonus after a long day!! What more could you ask for thank you for a wonderful stay:)
